A shockwave goes through the planet, as everything starts shakind like a massive earthquake. Buldings fall to the ground and people scream as the earth is torn open. You see a person exploding in the middle of the street, and the sky seems to grow suddenly dark as this goes on.

Bullshit. The amount of morphine in a person's blood can easily be tested. Combined with the fact that each of the cases was contolled by her, and whatever method she used to ensure that the people's blood wasn't tested during these incidents, there'd be a strong case. Furthermore, he could easily have captured an image of the woman. Forensics isn't stupid, and there are plenty of ways to discover the truth. Getting away with murder is harder than you'd think from what movies and series tell you.

Which is why the psychopath should be locked up. To kill a woman that could be saved is nothing short of murder. Dexter works as a comic book character, a good guy in a little series. In reality? He's a murderer who should be locked away.
