Tsukune raised an eyebrow at the odd joke. "You know, jokes from books like that are hardly ever funny." He sighed, as he looked around. While this place was filled with interesting new people to meet, nothing interesting seemed to be happening, as such. Then he blinked, as another life-force appeared in the forest. "You know, new people are appearing. I think they're being teleported here somehow."
Deus smiled, as he opened his eyes. Another odd universe. He sensed a colorful cast of characters, walking around the area, all lost and confused. It had happened again! Deus burst out into laughter as he sat up. This awakening was rather rude, compared to a few of the previous times such a thing had occurred, but it was fine. He loved doing things like this. He sensed a witch from the world of Umineko no naku koro ni, though. Great. They tended to be arrogant, boring sticks in the mud in Deus' experience. However, just one such a bore wouldn't ruin his fun today!

Vengeous simply holds out one hand. From his armor shoot dozens of chains, embedding themselves in nearby buildings, forming what looks like a net all around him. They move around like snakes, coiling around one another, extending from his back like giant, twisted wings. "It is your move, water spirit. Do you not dare fight me?" Vengeous continued laughing loudly, sounding less and less sane.

Indeed. Although water lacks much offensive capability compared to something such as fire, your character is nearly indestructible, which makes fighting her rather hard.

He is capable of manipulating reality to such an extent that he can create objects and energy, as well as manipulate them. While he cannot manipulate time, he can alter one's perception, enter people's minds, and even create pocket dimensions. This is all powered by human creativity, the strength of the human imagination, as well as emotion. Humans are Bob's main power source, as he is composed from the hopes, dreams, and nightmares of billions of humans given physical form.
Furthermore, as a physical representation of emotional energy from the Chaos Realms, Bob is incredibly hard to kill. He can appear as any form, appearance having no real meaning for him, and this makes physical attacks nearly useless against him. The only real ways to kill Bob is to remove his power source (global interdimensional omnicide), or to somehow destroy the Chaos Shard at his core. As this is not a physical object unless Bob wishes it to be, usually one must be an experienced mage to even attempt to kill Bob. However, even then he is quite hard to defeat.
