You put up a good fight, girl, but my concentration and willpower has been made into a lethal weapon." Kami's clones attacked from all directions, the rooms burning and melting from the attacks, "You simply don't have the experience to face me in mental combat, girl. You could never have won here."

Superman, post-crisis, can move at 6x light speed. That means he's so fast that he breaks the very laws of physics. Moving at that speed causes every atom he moves through to shatter, meanign he'd constantly be turning air into nuclear bombs, just by moving around. And even if he's the fastest God, then how fast are the other Gods? Can it be easily measured?
It'd probably be best if we list him as "really f*cking fast" and leave it at that, in my honest opinion. Probably at Tsukune's level.

The ball stood up, having somehow formed legs, as Bob watched. "Seems like this is a younger version. Shame. Alright, let's do this the old-fashioned way." As he says this, the steell ball opens up at the front, as a bunch of clones of Kyoko in maid outfits run out, each one wielding a spear similar to Kyoko's own. They run towards Kyoko, slicing left and right as their spears move at superhuman speeds, a threat even to a Magical Girl. Each blow was aimed at her Soul Gem, although Bob had no intention of killing Kyoko. No, that would be no fun at all. She'd fight her way out of this, become his enemy, and fight her way to his Palace of Dreams. And here, they would have their final showdown, with epic background music and everything. And then she'd have a suitably dramatic death, only to be somehow brought back for a crappy sequel. Oh, how Bob loved imitating Hollywood with his enemies as the unwilling actors.

Wow. That's pretty overpowered.

Power levels should be adjusted based on the baseline. I had a character once that ripped apart entire dimensions with ease. Do you know how hard it is to narrate a fight when each punch could rip apart a universe? It's why I prefer to keep the power level planetary, or interstellar at max.

Well the problem is that there are three different Flashes. And that's just the canon versions. Then there's the fact that his speed is different all the time. Sometimes he's faster than Superman, sometimes he's slower, sometimes someone like Wolverine can outrun him. It's really inconsistent.

I'm hoping he's referring to faster than anything in his respective universe, because I've been in rps with FTL chars.

Vengeous moved forward through the inky blackness. He hated the girl. He wanted to kill her, to crush her. He was filled by hate so strong he had made it tangible, had formed it into a weapon. A hissing armor of pain and agony in physical form. He looked down at the shivering girl, seeing through the chains he had placed all over the street. She was nothing but an object, a receptacle for the inhuman hate that filled his being, the flame of vengeance that had given him his power. Hydra whispered in his ear, filling his thoughts with the different ways he could strike her down. However, in the end, he chose he would simply evaporate her. He held out the blade, which started vibrating, and heating up, slowly giving off a red glow that highlighted the black, spiky, hissing armor that had covered Lord Vengeous's skin.

Deus smiled, as he heard the redhead's murderous intent. Oh, how amusing. As he thought of what to do, a large red button labeled 'don't press' appeared in front of him, gleaming invitingly. "Ooooooooh, shiny!" Laughing, he presses the button, as a large cannon rises from the flor. It takes a few moments for the cannon to get it's aim right, but after that has passed, it fires, spraying confetti and candy all over the place, as well as a large steel ball, flying almost straight up into the sky. Once more, Bob's voice echoes out over the forest. "And one of the players has volunteered for a squashing!" Bob bursts out into manic laughter.
The ball has reached space, it's course slowing to a stop. Then, as it exits the atmosphere for a moment, gravity takes a hold. Breaking all the laws of physics, it instantly speeds back down, flames surrounding the massive steel ball as it crashes through the atmosphere, the steel red hot and yet not at all breaking off as it should be. It turns down, the front moulding into the flaming face of Madoka, as Bob's laughter reaches it's peak, and the meteorite cannonball reaches the ground at Kyoko's location, causing a massive explosion that blows a crater in the ground and makes the earth tremble.
