And when I get there, Miller will have some very nice backup.

I'm not so sure about that. At the moment, Gabriel is neutral, or at least claims to be. He strikes down any who threaten him from either side, making no move to help either. If you were to alienate Gabriel while having ties to SOLDIER, this could cause some serious problems for Miller, as Gabriel joins sides with Magnus. As such, I think Miller might be happier if you kept your distance.
Bob was annoyed at how little his army of zombies was doing. It was a zombie apocalypse, it aught to be a situation filled with fear and strife, a survival of the fittest. However instead his army of the dead was getting stomped like roadkill, wiped out by the dozens. No matter how many he created, they were simply destroyed by the many superhuman beings flying around. Furthermore, the transformers who had just arrived were about to be wiped out by the two superheroes that had arrived. Surely that couldn't be called a fair fight. As such, Bob decided it was only fair that he distract one of the brave supers, so that the remaining one could work with the Teen Titans to face the Combaticons. A much more fair strategy by far, as the Combaticons couldn't hope to survive the onslaught of one such as Captain Marvel.
From the gem in the centre of the forest rose an undead far more powerful than the rest. It had a mortal form, and yet contained a shard of Bob himself. It's eyes glowed with power, as the small shard of pure evil ignited it. Bob was a being of many aspects, and this shard belonged to the darkness within him. The being floated into the air, focusing on the target it's master had selected, both hands encased in an aura of frost. It then shoots forward, breaking the sound barrier as it smashes into Captain Marvel, smashing him through the forest with a single punch. It then makes use of the element of surprise by continuing it's melee assault.

He is an alien.

I guessed. I meant it seems needlessly complicated to have two unrelated characters both called Captain Marvel. In the Marvel Universe it makes sense, but it seems kinda silly to have a Captain Marvel in DC Universe.

hey can some one tell me what's going on in the story?

The setting is currently a SOLDIER outpost called Kilo Point. There, SOLDIER has just fought off a vampire invasion led by Magnus, an Oldblood vampire. Jack, a scientist who works for SOLDIER, has sent his superweapon Lambda IV to fight Magnus, who is now facing Lambda as well as a squad of SOLDIER infantry led by Miller. Gabriel has interrupted the fight, proposing a peace treaty between the two factions.

There are actually two captain marvel's. Marvel comics is called captain Mar-vell

Well, that seems needlessly complicated.
Well, we have a fair amount of DC chars already, as well as Captain Marvel, who really sounds like he should be a Marvel char, but is apparently also a DC char.
Having looked at the powers of both Squirrel Girl and Thanos, I have no idea how the f*ck she did it. But she did beat Thanos.
Top, the Combaticons are being attacked. It seems you somehow missed that ^^
In things like movies and shows, music is a great tool to set the tone of a scene. As such, I decided to add it into roleplaying. Whenever I have a particularly epic post, I add in fitting music to make the post all the more epic.
