Well, to be honest, I didn't explained quite right, so I'm sorry. She doesn't have control of that kind of magic, and she can't use other people's magic as well. Her magic involves around 5 elements: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth and Metal. It would be saying that it concentrates on the magic of nature, not on any other magic. Being a Core of Magic isn't actually something glorifying, it's actually risky. If she comes to die, all of the Elemental Magic will cease to exist. That doesn't mean that Bernkastel, Lambdadelta or any other magical character will lose their power, except if their magic is elemental.

Aaah, that's much less OP than I thought she was ^^
Sorry about that. I took the whole 'core of magic' thing a little too literally.

As for the other world sure if freaks is ok with it. I probably should utalize it for Ruby if she goes witch.....only issue would be giving her a name and yeah should move Yang because whoever watched Rwby well the yellow trailer know of her semblance ability. But i will say the moving is optional. Oped charries can stay but the power reducing rule will come into play.

The only problem I have with this is the explanation. Why are their powers being reduced? I see several ways of explaining this, but it should be better than "because of plot."

I have a character called Odin that specializes in limiting, and I could quite easily have it create a sufficiently powerful Limiter throughout the dimension of the crossover. As a mechanism for this change.

Furthermore, we could have a massive battle between Darkside, Unicron, Bob and a few witches. It could then be argued that the massive amount of power spent bent the laws of physics, and caused the dimension to gain a property it heretofore did not possess.

Don't worry. As I've posted, she locked 80% of her power. She's still strong, but not that strong to be so powerful. Trust me, in the conditions she currently is, Bob would surely win against her.

I'm sorry if I'm sounding annoying, but I think you don't quite grasp the scale of Lily's power. Either that, or I have a wrong grasp of how her power works. Because as far as I understand it, she is the Core of Magic, and thus controls all magic. In a crossover. That means all magic from every character in every work of fiction ever. Just controlling all the magic of The One Above All would make her omnipotent, not to mention Featherine, Kami, Tenchi Muyo, and a variety of other omnipotent characters. She is, quite literally, infinitely powerful, and 20% of infinity is still infinity.

MehMehOka okay, seriously:How many can cause a massive explosion capable of destroying an entire city?

Bob is 3S, which is how I measure destructive force. With a single attack at full power, Bob is capable of wiping out 3x the mass of a star. For this I use the size of our sun as a baseline, as the size of stars can vary immensely. One star has the mass of about 1.200.000 earth-sized planets. In total, Bob has a destructive force of 3.600.000 planets.
I would estimate Unicron to be at about 1S, although as he's absorbing the star, it doesn't really count as a single attack.
Galactus is about 10G, which is 10 galaxies. Based on a modern estimation of the amount of stars in a galaxy, 1G is about 50.000.000.000.000S or 60.000.000.000.000.000.000 planets. That should give you some notion of scale.

She'll hold back a lot of her power, I swear. I don't intend to use her, or my other char that is OP at full power (Necrox, if anyone asks. Flandre is powerful, but compared to them, she's nothing.). And also, there will be no other OP characters joining my side. Also, just to point out, my Good characters (Necrox, Stella and Lilly) will have the other two (Cruxis is Neutral, Flandre is Evil).

I understand the need to create OP characters, but Lily's ability to control all magic makes her effectively omnipotent. Not even the other OP characters will be able to harm her, and any combat she is involved in would be instantly resolved in her favor. Even if she was truly neutral she would be far too powerful.
Now personally, I am less interested in harping on about this than I am in solving the matter. As such, I believe there are multiple ways in which this issue can be resolved
The most obvious solution is to remove Lily as a character, but this is unsatisfactory as you wish to play her, and thus will be discarded until further information makes it a valid option.
Secondly, we could nerf Lily, making her less powerful. This retains her as a playable character, and ensure that the balance of power is more or less restored to it's proper state.
The third option is to create a reason that Lily would act in a way that would prevent her from tipping the scales all to badly. This would prevent her from killing of all the evil characters, although this is only a temporary solution, as certain circumstances might make this excuse invalid.

Personally, I believe that the easiest way of solving this is to nerf Lily. I personally would do this by stating that she is the core of all magic from her dimension, as opposed to all magic everywhere. Alternatively, being the core of magic would simply make her a nexus of magical energy, and not grant her control of all forms of magic.

If anyone believes I am going about this the wrong way, our that Lily is not, in fact, the problem I make her out to be, then I would be glad to hear anyone's input on the matter.

Or we could just create an equally powerful counter to balance it. An character that can nullify all control of magic.

Which I would consider to be a bad idea, because then you get the 'mythril sword effect', as I like to call it. We'll end up creating progressively stronger characters until the rp is no longer fun to partake in. I've seen these situations far too often.
Unaccustomed to the rigours of hand to hand combat, Dragoon was nearly not fast enough in uttering his shield spell. It was only his slightly above human reflexes that saved him a natty cut. While he of course had nothing but disdain for the use of mere physical weaponry, Dragoon decided not to underestimate the threat that this uneducated brute formed for his intellect.
Okay, guys I'll be able to post again in about two days time.

Dang Dragoon shattered my sword. That village better have a dang forge in it lol.

Well, it supposedly has everything you need, so it probably has a forge, and quite probably or as well.
