The Doctor had gone back to examining his box when the strange being named "Bob" appeared. "Oh, hello, and who are you?" He said, not really asking Bob, but mostly pondering the question himself. He walked over to Bob, and inspected him with his screwdriver. "Not human, no definitely not human... not human at all." He stated. "What are you?" He now asked, squinting intently at the stranger. "You're an odd one, and old, very old. I'd say even older than I am."

Bob smiles at the inquisitive mortal. Even a being with as many lives as the doctor was, of course, mortal in the end. Smiling, Bob turned to the doctor, and shook his hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Doctor. Tell me, how is it going with Pond?" The amusing thing was that Bob had, in fact, watched all of Doctor Who. Most characters that dropped by from a theatrical dimension had no idea that their world was, in another dimension, a movie or series.

Edit:The observer glances at the flames and chuckles at the irony. He then lights himself a cigar as his own fire overtakes Bobs'. He then takes a seat in his booth and enjoys his cigar.

Bob raises an eyebrow, and the flames turn to Christmas lights, turning the mage into a walking, talking christmas tree.
Solus looked up from the Endless Witch, feeling someone percieving him. He subtelly alters both the perception of himself and the memory of himself, removing himself from the scene in their mind. To the one observing, he had never been there at all. Of course, the human mind would automatically compensate for this sudden change, filling in the gaps, as was only natural. Humans only see what they wish to see, not what is truly in front of them, and Solus used this to his full advantage, allowing the scene before him to play out as if he had never been there.
"I've got to go with the classics sometimes." Bob gives a small shrug, as he sets the newcomer on fire as well.
Solus walked onto the scene, hiding himself from the two witches as they fought. Their minds were rich and full of secrets and lies, truths and deceptions, and Solus learned much, just from observing. He smiled as the fight progressed naturally, and the two witches fought one another. However, as Solus began to realize how the witches were fighting, he grew progressively happier. It was perfect, really. Magic fueled by perception and thought, his forte. One of the witches was defeated, one named Beatrice, or, more accurately, Sayo.
Solus moved forwards towards the defeated witch, who simply gasped in pain and bled. Solus first reached out, as he gently touched her forehead. He entered her mind with his, and wiped away the sense of pain, numbing her mental receptors. Instantly, she would be filled with soothing reprieve. However, as Solus did so, he also planted a seed. A seed of the emotion known as obsession, or, to the more idealistic, as love. Solus smiled at the Witch, the woman who he would slowly turn to his slave. She would be a fantastic addition to his harem. "Are you alright, miss Beatrice?"
Bob turned to the newcomer, annoyed. "My friend, you're stinking up the establishment." A slight flourish covers the man in air fresheners, sending a sharp pine scent throughout the entire bar. Then, having dealt with the assault on his sense of smell, Bob diverts his attention to the observer, whom he promptly sets on fire. "As you may find, it is not a non-smoking establishment."
Glad to be back. Sounds like a good idea. I'll have Jack arrive.
Also, Angel...... just no. No.

Well, what do you think darkside is doing?

Randomly advancing the movement of orbits? If he destroyed the star, the planet would be freezing over within moments, and the inhabitants would soon be dead.
"Very." Stein walks forward, as he moves past the people, sensing each of their souls. The town was full of people with no real personality, no real soul, as such. It was what one would call a theatrical dimension, where only the 'protagonist' is, in fact, fully sentient. A dimension bound to no rules besides those of the 'plot', the natural progression of such a world. Or at least, thus was Bob's theory on the matter. Stein simply saw an army of hollow puppets moving around, with a few real beings among them, oblivious to how hollow those in their surroundings truly were.
"Bring me to your house, Kenny. I'm sure you'd like to be home." Stein had his scalpels up his coat sleeves, ready to slide out at a moment's notice. Within seconds he could be in battle stance. It was why Stein preferred the small, sharper blades. A sword or gun needs to be drawn and aimed. However, a scalpel is instantly in one's hand, slicing through flesh and bone like butter. An artist's tool.
Mia moved through the forest, her goal already in mind. Her father didn't like to be disturbed in his work, and she was far too bored to sit around waiting for him. Instead, she'd surprise him with some of her art when he came back. And she knew just the people. A small group of people, powerful and weak. She'd bend them, and twist them, and when they snapped she'd turn them into beautiful art. The thought almost made her mouth water.
Mia stepped out from the brush, swiftly crossing the distance between her and Weiss, the nearest of the small group, moving in from behind. She gently took his head, turning him to watch her before he could utter a sound, and she gave him her most disarming smile, before pulling him away from the group into the bushes, he hand clasped over her mouth. A movement practised a hundred times, graceful and quick, a silent disappearance. In Weis's place is simply emply space, as if he had been transported magically, the perfect kidnapping.
