Meh. It depends on just how hostile SOLDIER is to vampires. Based on the fact that they allow Jack to do his thing, I'd say VERY.

Let's say darkside for fun. Also is there any characters that can change the sun colour/radiation?

Bob could change the radiation. If Kami, Gaia and Rift work together, they MIGHT be able to do that.
Gabriel smiled, as Jake's blanket carpeting of rockets arrives, shattering rock and tree, as this entire area of the forest is completely wiped out. Flames shoot into the cave from the entrance, however, ignoring the shockwave, Gabriel simply moves a large rock to the opening, pressing it closed before Mithias, flames shooting out from the cracks and covering the walls, the heat increasing to beyond what most humans could handle. Gabriel's skin is set on fire by the blast, and yet the flames don't bother him much as his skin regenerates. Then, as the last of the explosions passes, Gabriel drops the rock, his suit somhow returning to it's former glory nearly instantly, even the small red rose on his chest growing back. "Well, it seems Jack knows I'm here. Have fun, now!" With that, Gabriel disappears.
((I like the idea of the Hate Plague, but Lilith already has an ability like that.))
Lilith is about to slice through the woman's neck when a robot grabs her victim and leaves. She'd blast it with Exodus once more, but it would be a waste of energy, and there were so many more things to destroy. However, before she could once more unleash Exodus' full power, she herself was hit by a wall of energy, throwing her back> She spit onto the ground. That had hurt. It had been a long time since anything had managed to hurt her, and as she looked up her expression was stern. However, on the battlefield there is also a powerful force of dark power, although diminished, still great.
Smiling, Lilith walks up next to Darkside, her sword at her side, as she points Exodus at Optimus. Red lights gather in her blade, flowing from the corpses of Autobot and Decepticon alike, until her blade was charged bright red. A focused beam shoots from it, a meter thick, hitting the shield and flowing over it, the full power of Exodus Blast focused into a smaller area. While not enough to shatter the shield created by the Matrix and the mysterious blade, it was certainly enough to draw the attention of the mage next to her, and make her point come across. "I have no doubt you know what I am. I suggest we work together to defeat this threat?"
As Kaika emerges from the portal, she finds herself to be in quite a strange place. It's a massive room made of metal. In the centre is a cage lined with sigils, and even the floor is covered in arcane runes and power cords. The walls are lines with massive generators for some unknown purpose, linked to the runes in an odd combination of magic and technology. There's a pattern in the markings, but the combination of technology with the magic makes it nearly impossible to read. Mia is standing across the room from you, smiling, Blake nowhere in sight.
"Do you like it?" Mia giggles in pride at the massive room. The sigils and generators covered the entire planet, building it had taken hundreds of years. And entire intergalactic empire had focused it's resouces and knowledge together with her and her father to create this place. It was beautiful in a way that not many could see, in the sheer complexity of the works. In the way that each gear moved the next, in the way that it all combined and worked. "This room was built by the Spiral Empire to contain a being called a Daemon. It's capable of completely limiting beings such as dear Bob. It's the most powerful magical prison in the entire multiverse, the only known way to indefinitely contain godlike beings." Mia reaches out, and types something into a nearby keyboard, as the portal behind you closes. "Wanna see how it works?"
Blake finds herself in a different place as well. After Mia moved to Pandora's Box, she dropped her hostage into a portal leading to her own laboratory. There, Blake finds herself tied to metal cilinder in completel blackness, unable to see anything around her. Moans and screams can be heard from all around her, an almost deafening chorus, and you get the idea that you should be glad of the blackness. From the sounds you can heard, such as bone cracking and children screaming, you don't want to see some of the things that are happening around you. You can also occasionally see a pair of glowing green rounded eyes moving past you.
Bob blinks as he spots Elsa. Her? He'd watched Frozen a week or so ago, and it was quite unexpected to see her over here. While many movies did, in fact, exist in one dimension or the other, it was quite a coincidence to find one such Theatrical Dimension. Taking the form of a servant to the court he appears in front of her, making it seem as if her walked around the corner so as to not arouse suspicion. "My dear, what are you doing here? You're going to freeze this whole place! And did you see those giant monsters outside?" Tutting, Bob takes Elsa's hand and leads her away, before spotting the autobots. "Oh God, there's more of them!"
Solus raises an eyebrow at Bernkastle. "I get the impression I just saved you from more pain than you'd like to experience." Solus leans against a tree, as he carefully reaches into Bernkastle's mind, realizing she wouldn't be as easy to manipulate as his previous two victims had been. "You are the Witch of Miracles, I hear? The withc with the power to create other witches."

I still think the Primes could contain him, at least.

Yeah, they seem to have a thing for locking dangerous things up in places those dangerous things will eventually escape from.

My guess? If SOLDIER uses the regular military ranking system:[FIELD MARSHAL][GENERAL][LIEUTENANT GENERAL][MAJOR GENERAL][BRIGADIER][COLONEL] [LIEUTENANT COLONEL][MAJOR][CAPTAIN][LIEUTENANT][ENSIGN][REGIMENTAL SERGEANT MAJOR][SERGEANT][CORPORAL][PRIVATE]An outfit the size of SOLDIER in kilo point i'd guess at about the size of a single regiment. That would make Matt a Colonel.Miller's unit is large enough to operate independently so that would put the group at 'Battalion' which is usually also run by a Colonel.I forgot the name but the sniper guy who was in millers team and shot Magnus' arm almost off. that one would be the Lieutenant Colonel.Matt would in this case be the senior Colonel on sight and outrank Miller technically as long as he remains stationed at a regiment. Most independent units (mostly vampires) have no direct units under them, though they do hold a rank. So i'd classify them as Mayor, like the state alchemist in full metal alchemist. I used that system for high level spell casters (very rare in the setting) in a military fantasy campaign i once ran and that seemed to work splendidly. Finally since Jack is in command of his own ship that would bring him to captain in the naval system (which is at the same level as a Colonel.) But since the ship is technically the size of a fleet one might expect him to be one rank higher. Which would make him Commodore, equivalent of Brigadier, outranking the whole club. But since he is from a different regiment he has no real direct command over the others. Just seniority in rank. The other players in soldier are all probably Lieutenants and Sergeants. The members of the shadow strike force are Corporals, one of them is a Sergeant. If they are even given a rank, since they mostly operate outside of controlled jurisdiction.does this sound about right to you guys?

Yep. That's way more thought than I gave it, but it is very logical and comprehensive thought.

well, since he has the Solver of All Equations inside him, once that awakens, he can literally see and break down the structure of things. If that truly awakens, then you'll have a problem. XD

Breaking down the structure of things? Kami does that on an atomic level, Dragoon breaks down magical particles, and Gaia can break down matter to it's most basic form. Each of those has less than 1/1.000.000 of Bob's power.

they can't beat Ryner when he loses control of his Alpha Stigma. Even an artifact that was MADE TO ABSORB HIS POWER was destroyed by him.

Okay, let me put it this way. For Bob, destroying a planet is like stepping on a bug. It's something he does absent-mindedly. Now, if Ryner could rip apart solar systems, which requires 1.200.000X the amount of power it requires to destroy a planet, Bob would see him as a serious opponent.
