True, true.
As the man in the mask appears, the drone hesitates in it's attack. The barrage of lasers from Odin also halts. "Name your purpose here. You stand before a representative of the Cucumber Empire."

i don't hate you. i dislike the disrespect, unwillingness to cooperate, and frankly the brattieness you've taken to the matter, not to mention your attempts at bull shitting are so unskilled that i can see exactly what you do, the reason behind it, and the sore lack of quality... if you're going to bull shit that badly then don't even try.... i also disliked the fact that, you may be older, you may have roleplayed for longer, but that doesn't change the fact that on here at least i am your superior and while i'm generally extremely lax with that fact you repeatedly refused to respect that fact, calling out the fact that you were older as if that made you any better. by the way, how old are you? because as far as i know you don't know how old any of us are... therefore you couldn't claim to be any older than how you act which was like a small child. in conclusion: i'm not mad at you, annoyed yes but mad no, i dislike your natural stance towards me somewhat in that you assume that just because you're older (if you really are) that makes you better, and brah... you need to work on your bull shitting so that it's not blindingly painful to watch...

Here I'm forced to interject, Tyki, that in the past I've had several painful moments watching YOUR bullshitting attempts....
The two assistants are smashed down with enough force to deal severe damage to their inner circuitry, and they scramble backwards. The third, with the sniper rifle, also retreats, as they're portaled out. This was too much danger for them, obviously.
Mr Fluffy was not very fluffy. A towering pillar of stitched-together corpses, covered in long, spindly arms and large green lenses that served as eyes. Looking into one of the many monitors that made up the room in which it housed itself, Mr Fluffy found that the Assistants sent to deal with Inigo and Silver had been forced back. While Mia had given no direct orders, Mr Fluffy took it that they needed to be taken down. One of the long arms reaches down, tapping on a keyboard as it gave a number of codes, making sure he was authorized. One of the Anti-God Assistants was prepared for transport.

A black gate seems to open up before Inigo and Silver. From it emerges a large coffin, floating in midair, sigils scrawled on the outside, glowing brightly. As the gate closes behind the Anti-God, the lid of the coffin bursts open, revealing a monstrosity, covered in chains. It's main body is covered with fur, it's head that of a wolf, teeth made of silver. It's right arm has been replaced with a massive, hulking arm made of stone, with glowing cracks in it where magma can be seen. It has four multi-jointed spiderlike legs, each ending in a wicked barbed point. The claws on it's left arm are silver, like it's teeth. The left eye is a large red gem, glowing brightly as the creature shivers, the chains creaking and snapping, as eventually the entire coffin shatters to pieces, leaving the Anti-God floating before the two heros.
Lol. Sorry, I kinda love playing Jake, because he's a bit of an adorable nerd.
Well, the vampires portrayed in this appear not to be very magical. When I stated that Dresden had his heart removed, which led to Magnus and thus Rhyss doing the same, I was working by the logic of Buffy, in which vampires are very magical creatures with a few very specific weaknesses. Here, they're just super-strong and tough humans who can regenerate, Personally, I'm retconning it for Dresden, as replacing one's heart with an artificial heart makes no sense in this setting.
BioSOLDIER 3 smirked at BioSOLDIER 1 as BioPILOT informed them that their target was still alive. BioPILOT solidly countered by stating it's orders had been to blow up the house, and thus technically it had not failed. Indeed, the house was very much blown up. BioSOLDIER 3 sighed, as he watched the two fight. BioSOLDIER 3 was always trying to prove he was the best, ever since Jack had updated him first, and believed himself to be superior.
In order to prove itself, BioSOLDIER programs it's rockets, firing them in a net pattern all over the outpost. The rockets swivel in midair, and shoot towards the actual locations, striking from above as to ignore the cover of the houses. The rockets struck near Martin. The first was aimed at his location, an attempt to neutralize him immediately. The next 8 would arrive moments after the first in a circular pattern, causing a total destruction circle more than 30 meters in diamete, programmed to spread the explosive force equally. A mouse trap of rockets.
In order to ensure that BioSOLDIER 3's attack plan succeeded, or to capture the vampire if it escaped, BioHIVE ringed the area in it's own drones, each set to detect the radiation given off by the OldBlood, Were Martin to attempt to escape the blast radius, BioHIVE would grab him. He caired less about being the one to take him down than getting the job done, as he, unlike the SOLDIER AI's, was unique, and therefore naturally superior.
While the trap closed around Martin, BioPILOT quite sternly lectured BioSOLDIER 3, who had acted without orders. Any resistance was futile, as BioPILOT harshly reprimanded the rebellious AI, much to the amusement of BioSOLDIER 1, and, to a lesser extent, BioSOLDIER 2 and 4.
Hmm.... based on what we know up until now, vampires are like humans with increased speed and strength, and regenerative abilities, powered by blood. As such, it makes sense to me that vampires have hormonal reactions much like humans do.
As you kick open the door, the scent of stale beer and must fills your nose. The back room is a large storage area, where Mid keeps his cheap beer and milk. It's filled with the constant hum of the giant fridge that keeps his wares cold, barely muffled by the solid oak. Jack had once offered to make it into a sort of 'batcave' for the group, but the scent of the place and the crampedness had soon made the idea worthless. Currently, however, quite a spectacle was taking place in the old room, and for a moment it makes Alexel unsure if he'd suffered more serious trauma than he'd thought.
The hysterics indeed were coming from Jake, although he seems to be perfectly fine. He'd breathing heavily, shotgun in hand and eyes red, obviously he'd been crying. Not a very manly thing to do, but then again, he'd just seen his neighbor's daughter's head fly across the street. His hair's untidy, his hands clenched, but what truly shows how distraught he is is hs set of signed Batman playing cards, which had fallen out of his pocket and apparently been trampled. Jack would have given his life for that deck, and took it everywhere he went.
"You fucking monster! Oh fucking hell! Stop acting like that!" A stack of barrels obscured the person Jack was talking to, and his screams drowned them out if they were even talking back. However, a small movement reveals the target of Jack's rage. Bruised and battered, leaning against a wall, sits Mr Winters in his silly Destroyer hat, a modified balaclava, begging for his life. "You killed Elsie, you piece of crap!" Jack's hands are trembling as he aims the shotgun at the pensioner, who is on his knees, shivering and crying.
Hope blinks in odd confusion, slowly floating away. However, you can feel her calming down from the illusion that you aren't being hurt. She slowly begins floating closer to you, and her aura becomes less tumultuous as she does so. She quickly dashes towards you, nearly tackling you into a hug, unwittingly blasting you with magical energy, holding onto you tightly. Her thoughts are on staying warm and close, a fear of what's outside of the embrace. However, even if it's just for the moment, she's no longer thinking of the tortures she was forced to endure. She was hoping that you'd stay forever.
"Coming to me for help? What an interesting proposal that is." Bob turns to Eris, his eyes narrowing as he smiles. "It was a very sophisticated duck indeed, now wasn't it? From what I saw, he destroyed quite a large number of planets in that form. Now isn't that an embarrassing death?" Bob laughs, before standing, looking at Elsa and Eclipse, who seemed to have forgotten about him for the moment. Deception was not his forté, so he would much prefer to simply straight-forwardly invite Elsa to learn more of her magic. He would teach her how to control it, and possibly reunite her with her sister. However, he could do nothing without her consent. "I have some business here that I would like to finish. However, after I am done, I shall join you."
Done with Eris, Bob walks forward, towards Elsa and Eclipse, who had been heading off without him. Bob considered himself more memorable than that, but circumstances might have overiden his presence. He carefully laid a hand on Elsa's shoulder, smiling. "I did warn you. Your magic's getting more powerful, and harder to control. Just because you're an adolescent doesn't mean it will stop growing." He doesn't have any false sympathy or pity in his voice. Personally, he found the state of affairs quite amusing. Watching Elsa as she slowly froze everything she cared about, powerless to stop it as she forced herself into a life of exile, forever hated by the populace. "My offer of tutelage still stands. However, this is my final offer. I have things to do, and places to be, so I won't be around here forever. If you decline now, we might never cross paths again.
