A nice pic of Lily:

The dress looks nothing like what she wears, but the hair and eyes are perfect.

you could have him be the bubbly stein that was only mildly interested in dissection and was having a fling with the school nurse :P

Well, I'm thinking of considering this IC with HCL, as it would be very possible within the Multiverse, so that wouldn't fit much.
A smiling girl in a long black dress walks out of the cafe's main building, a bright smile on her face, her eyes a pale, watery green to match her dark green pigtails, which reach all the way down to her ankles. She was holding a menu, and walked up to Maxwell's table. Her feet were bare, oddly enough, and she smelled faintly of wet dirt, like a grass field after it's rained, a smell quite unfitting in the concrete garden of the city grounds. However, the oddest thing Maxwell could sense about this strange girl was in fact not something about her, but a lack of something. Fear. This girl who stood before Maxwell knew not an ounce of fear. Every human knew a little fear, even if it were just the fear that their clothes didn't fit together, and yet there was not a trace of it to be found on the girl. "Hello, sir. Welcome to the Wishing Well Cafe."
((Cmon guys! Stuff! I'm posting as Onikage on the hunt for Rhyss and Dresden, due to the fact that Ghost doesn't feel like doing anything.))
Onikage had quickly located the scouting party that Magnus had sent out to take down the Rebel Camp on Hoth. He would need to set the stage for this battle, as one does not face vampires out in the open. Even using camouflage, it would only be a matter of time before one of them found him, and he didn't trust himself to take on 2 Oldbloods in melee combat, not without the terrain advantage. He needed a better location, and he needed to prepare for his opponent. Even if he could take out one of the Oldbloods from a distance, the rest would swarm him if he wasn't careful. Luckily, his knowledge of the area confirmed that there was an abandoned church up ahead of where the vampires were heading where he'd be able to set up.
It had been easy to outpace the vampires, who needed to check the trail constantly. They were searching for a camp, unsure of where they would find it, and thus moved slowly, whereas Onikage could jog towards his location, confident in his camouflage. As such, he found the church in a bad state of disrepair, although not unusable. He would set up a number of drones in the air above, to warn him of any maneauvers around the church, and he himself would snipe at the vampires from atop the belltower, He of course had set up preparations for when the vampires stormed the location, and he was confident that quite soon he would have dealt with the two targets. Just as he had taken up his position, a scout drone caught sight of the vampires, and he smiled, as he simply aimed in their direction.
Dresden is in the front of the group, leading the hunt. Unlike many of the other vampires, he was completely at home in the mountain ranges they were searching. The nearly freezing rock under his bare feet and the cold night air on his bare skin was beautifully refreshing. The wilds were his hunting ground, and he had spent most of his immortal life in the various natural landscapes of the world. The air in cities wasn't nearly so fresh, and one could not see the stars. These were the moments he lived for, patiently searching for the scent of a human among the dirt and rock. A game of patience, and then a massacre, just the way he liked it. He hoped the humans would at least put up a fight before he ripped them to pieces.
I'll be pulling out Stein as a character, as he exists pretty much solely to be a threat, and be evil. As due to the new rules and mentality it's impossible to impose any negative effects on a player without their explicit permission, he has become useless, and I'll be removing him. All he could be at this point is a source of irritation to others that forms no real threat, and thus of no importance.
((I'm bored, so I'm going to set up the base for an rp. Anyone who wishes may join))
Amongst the ruins of an old city, covered by moss and ivy, stands a single cafe. The city had fallen into disrepair many many years ago, and in fact most of the planet was lifeless. Large chunks of the city were reduced to rubble and craters by the massive war that had torn the land, and reduced the population of the planet so severely that this city had been left abandoned so. However, even amongst the dust and encroaching wildlife, the cafe stands perfectly intact, as if time had not touched it. It's stone build was reminiscent of medieval times, and large green letters on the front named it the Wishing Well Cafe, surrounded by pleasant wooden tables, covered by parasols meant for a much sunnier day. A mystery cafe in a wasteland of stone.
kami is slow to recover, before spotting Enki. He instantly grabs a hold of Enki's neck, holding him under his arm, and gives him a nookie. He chuckles loudly, his grip quite strong, although humanly so. "Bro! What are you doing here with these losers?" He laughs, before looking up from Enki. "Okay, I'll help. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, and it seems the same is about Nevada. Something interesting was bound to happen sometime. Good thing you guys called me, instead of trying to do something yourselves and failing." Smiling, Kaminari holds out both hands. His senses extend, feeling the electric currents in the air, the electricity in every human brain. He easily identified three nonhuman creatures, their brain patterns distinctly different. His smile had something almost sadistic in it.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaand...... Boom" Kaminari opens his eyes, and they burst with a red glow, as he practically explodes. He's covered in lightning, arcing all over his body, the heat wave shooting through the room and singing the hair of anybody nearby. He laughs, twin beams of lightning shooting out of each hand, burning straight through the wooden walls of the tavern. Electricity drawn from the sky, the positive charge of the planet itself, a massive charge, exploding in an instant, guided to the targets. Instantly, each of the creatures was wreathed in lightning, dancing over their flesh as it burns them, their entire body reduced to a crisp, their nervous system exploding. Their lasts seconds were spent in spastic agony as their brain tried to process the massive shock, until they became a faintly twitching corpse.
The lightning stops. Kami's eyes are back to normal, and he's no longer glowing. However, the ground under his feet is scorched pitch black from the sheer heat of that moment, although not even his eyebrows are singed. "That solve the problem?"
Whatever.
Okay. Well then, what the hell. Powergaming is nothing like this, powergaming is when you play a far too powerful character and abuse it. Bob was accepted, he still is, and the fact that he goes around messing with people is simply accepted. If you want me to remove Bob, then ask me to, but it's not powergaming if this was completely and utterly accepted. Don't accuse me of such things.
Bob held out one hand towards the weapon the lantern had turned against him. While certainly a powerful weapon, it's mere physical force couldn't overcome his capability to manipulate reality itself. As the energy construct touched him it shattered, the energy broken apart, blue splinters filling the air. "Do not tempt me, Lantern. I would be happy to wipe you out, but I have more important things to do."
