About a week later break started. Marcus bought himself a flight back to his home town and one for Rin as well, telling her she was going to be a guest so he should pay, and a day after break started they were there. His family was, busy. There was barely a moment when someone wasn't shouting or yelling or fighting or needing something in the family home and it and started to get to Marcus to the point where he had spent the night outside. He was quiet for most of the trip, and when it finally came to the actual funeral he just seemed to clam up all the more tightly.

"Not for long I'm sure" Marcus called after her, coming along behind a few paces. He appreciated her attempt at a change in conversation and went along with it, glad for it really. "Don't get to big for your boots Monroe. someone might just come along to knock you down a size"
HIs parents could get on his ass about running away and joining the army, saying he wont amount to anything really and he'll just end up like Richard and she could voer here? they are kinda pains in the ass
