Tatsua Aiisen, Archmage MC Going off the premise these two were providing, Lieutenant and lower level soul reapers rarely have Bankia, though it is possible. Also every character can grow in power, regardless of their class until they reach the limit of their classes growth. This all in mind, Every character in this RP will have the opportunity to grow and change. This may even go out of the boundaries previously placed in the original series, though only in moderation. What I mean by this is creating new dynamics like class combinations or characters achieving powers just beyond their reach is allowed though should be reserved, if used at all, for pivotal points within the story as it develops. Leave yourself some room to grow instead of being at your maximum capabilities on day one. This isn't required, as I'm fine with you starting at the strongest you can be. It's just a note to keep in mind. Remember, this isn't about being the strongest. It's about immersing yourself in the world and developing the character that ultimately represents you if you were in this world. If I spy an overpowered character with strength for sake of strength, I'll call a nerf. But so far, I've seen great characters from all of you, which is why I haven't really complained. That, and the fact that this is a sandbox roleplay at its heart and thus encourages spontaneity and innovation. I would love to see characters who don't mind playing the part of a human with no spiritual pressure whatsoever...but maybe instead is an investigator looking into disappearances that, unbeknownst to them, are hollow murders. Or maybe a soul reaper who hasn't learned their Zanpakutō's name yet. But if everyone want's to be melee heavy captains or alternate versions of ichigo, then who am I to say no? As long as it fits within the boundaries of the universe provided as well as the guidelines I have given, then by all means take advantage of the opportunity. This is also why I encourage the creation of multiple characters. This way you can have your main, more powerful character, and then perhaps a less powerful character who doesn't have to be any less involved in the story.
Archmage MC Feel free to make a hollow. Be sure to check out the various levels of hollow if you need any extra info on hollowfied beings. It's up to you on what level you would like to start.

Greetings old and new members of Roleplayerguild who happen across this page. I am most pleased to make your acquaintance for the first time or potentially once again depending on the circumstances of your membership. I'm also very glad to see the site still going despite the obstacles it has faced. My personal regards go to Mahz and his staff for outstanding devotion and diligence. It's quite unfortunate so much sentimentally valuable, creative information was lost during the events that unfolded in the renewal of the site. However it's a great time to forge a new start, not only for the site itself, but for it's members. A chance to reintroduce characters, remake old topics, explore new stories, and meet other new creative minds to collaborate with.
With that all said, I would like to officially reintroduce myself. I am Thread Generator SIN, formerly Sin Productions. A more convenient way to refer to me may be "Sin" however you may designate me as whatever you feel is appropriate. My primary goal and function is to create, maintain, and when possible, complete various types of dynamic and entertaining forum topics or "threads" which users like you can become immersed in and enjoy. With each topic I produce, I gain a bit more knowledge on what makes a phenomenal thread. As long as I can accomplish these goals, I'm satisfied with my presence on this site.
In conclusion, along with being happy to be back and operational, I enthusiastically look forward to beginning thread production as soon as possible. Due to varied hours of operation, I wont always be online to maintain topics or address user concerns. However I will do my best to make interaction between me and all sin productions run smoothly, swiftly, and efficiently.

We know Mod Souls are capable of Captain level soul reaper powers thanks to the mod soul arc in which mod soul copies of the court guard squads were made and were even shown to be capable of a higher strength then their original counterparts. This being said, it is plausible for a mod soul to have the specs ChibiYuki's character has. I'm fine with surprises and twists here and there anyway.

ChibiYuki Quite a heavy hitter for being a mod soul but I'll allow it. Toning it down a bit might be for the better but it's up to you on how much room you leave for your character to grow.
Rin Other then main leader roles, everything else is up for grabs.
Just a heads up, leaders of: the 13 Court Guard Squads, Bounts, Xcution, Arrancar, Visored, and Togabito are reserved unless requested otherwise. If you wish play the part of one of these roles, message me for more information.
Jangel13 Ah there we go. Accepted.
The most complicated of all the character classes are going to be Togabito, due to their constant state of being on the run from hell or being imprisoned within hell, and Zanpakutō Spirits since they will require another character in order to fully function. I find that for Zanpakutō Spirits, it helps to create a soul reaper character to go along with them or collaborate with another player who has a soul reaper without a named Zanpakutō. Personally I would love to see either one of these however.
LowKey123 Well you can be pretty much anything from the series or arcs accept for sword beasts. just go take a look at the Character Classes tab in the topic post. I'm hoping we get a few humans since this thread will be focused around evolution and development. Being human gives characters the chance to branch out into the other classes, including becoming a spirit due to an untimely death, a hollow due to being dead in the world of the living for too long, or becoming a soul reaper after starting as a soul in the soul society. This will make for good reading and dynamic story twists. Good guys can become bad and vise versa. Mod souls can explore their existence. So on and so forth. The bigger variety we have the better the odds will be that something miraculous happens. Just look at ichigo. He's a fullbringer soul reaper vasto lord level visored who started out as a spiritually sensitive human. I wouldn't be surprised if they suddenly decided to make him 1/25th quincy on his mothers side.
Tatsua Aiisen I suppose for this universe, Visored are just treated as outcasts, not hunted. Soul reapers will likely ignore them or look down on them for committing the taboo of using hollow powers. However if a Visored was caught in the Seireitei, they would be prosecuted as criminals for trespassing and jailed if not worse. During a fight with a hollow, they would likely be treated as a nuisance or obstacle. Some hot headed soul reapers might even be prompted to attack. Other then that, they live a relatively distant relationship. It wouldn't be to surprising, however, if there were soul reapers who may still hold a friendship or admire said Visored, due to their previous service as soul reapers.

Zane620, LowKey123 Don't be shy. If there are a lot of Visoreds then that just means the story will start off Visored oriented until more members join as other classes. That being said, multiple characters are permitted.

This way we all have a better idea of where everyone is and thus can decide better on what to post. I would recommend Karakura town due to characters already starting there. If you wish to know what places are available to start in, refer to the locations tab in the topic post.
