Kinda, unless she's not very good at doing so which will result in weak attacks and control, thus making it fair. But with time as she grows more used to forming water out of the air as well as using it against opponents I don't think it'd be god modding.

well if she thinks them he isn't going to hear, and they aren't in his mask? did you think they were in his mask haha my bad. You know how projectors work? It's kind of like that except there's no machine and the image isn't being projected onto a blank screen it's just being projected midair, and there are like a bunch of these surrounding him everywhere he walks when he's in that room. Kinda hard to explain i'll try to find a picture or something. I just thought it'd be cool, like he has his own little private lair.
and he actually doesn't see or know that there's a recording from the birthday being played, it's an illusion from Luci's mind to like freak her out and make her think he's like, all powerful or some shit know what I mean? Like the video that plays depends on who's looking at the floating screens. I would trip if I was taken to a villains room and my childhood was plastered on the wall haha.
