Kasus had managed to make his way back onto the roof of the shops, it was a much safer route but it didn't stop the creatures from spawning. He swung his blade wildly at any that got in his way, but the ones he dodged eventually began to increase in number, and a crowd began to form behind him. If he were to stop, or trip, they would surely overwhelm him within seconds. Kasus refused to stop running, his energy coming from the fear of these monsters catching him. One by one they spawned from the shadows and one by one he sliced them into nothing. Eventually the center of the merchant district was in sight, as Kasus came close the row of shops had run out, he had nowhere to run. Turning around his eyes widened with terror as he saw the crowd of creatures make their way towards him.

With no options Kasus launched himself off the roof and rolled forward as he landed. He looked up to see the crowd of monsters leap off of the building as well, as they fell towards him Kasus managed to slice them whilst in the air, but a majority of the crowd had survived the fall and now surrounded him. He gripped his blade, looking left and right, realizing he was doomed. He ducked as the crowd sprinted towards him in unison only to be pushed out of the crowd by an old man wielding a spear. In seconds the crowd of monsters redirected themselves at the pair, who fought them off one after the other until none remained. After Kasus was safe the old man immediately sprinted in the direction of the WDS building, sparing no words as he seemed to be in quite the hurry.

Kasus looked around, spotting a young man, who appeared to be wielding a harpoon. He made his way towards him, but before words could be exchanged a pool of darkness spawned at the young man's feet, much bigger than the ones he had seen from before. Kasus backed away cautiously as the young man jumped back. Several giant pieces of armor rose from beneath the pool of darkness, coming together to form a monster much larger than any other Kasus had seen today. It's arms began to spin, he prepared himself for what was next.
I'll start on a post within the hour
Measha looked around the guild hall for a moment, at first glance it appeared to look like a normal tavern. There was a bar with a number of patrons talking amongst themselves. Had he walked into the wrong building? He explored for a moment, and spotted a job board. Sadly, it seemed any jobs available were already taken, except for what appeared to be an S-Class mission. His heart was burning and his entire body was ready to get started, but this was his first day here. He couldn't possibly handle the likes of an S-Class mission, plus the fact he wasn't even a member at the moment. Was everyone off at some initiation ceremony? Was he too late? A wave of sadness and disappointment overcame him, but he refused to give up.

He decided to look about for the Guildmaster, but didn't want to walk around the building aimlessly, doing so would get him nowhere, and would be disrespectful to the guild in his eyes. At the bar, a lady was serving food and drinks to the patrons, and appeared to be in charge for the time being, Measha was too excited and in a rush to get started he had yet to consider that she could in fact be the Guildmaster, he walked up to the bar and locked eyes with the girl, "Excuse me miss, my name is Measha Kenomoeru, I have traveled far and wide, carrying the pride and honor of my family, and now I am here to join the Azure Dragon! I would very much appreciate it if you could direct me to the Guildmaster, as I am eager to prove my power and worth so I may begin my first mission, I apologize if I have interrupted your work, and will assist you if need be after I complete my mission." Measha spoke loud and proudly, standing up straight in a uniform like fashion, he awaited the girls response.
The morning sun shined through the windows of William's room as he sat at his desk, writing with a quill pen into his journal. This journal was kept with him at all times, as it contained much more information than one would perceive a 16 year old boys journal to have. He dabbed the pen into a small jar of ink and continued writing for a moment before closing the journal and placing it in his back pocket.

As he walked downstairs his family sat at the breakfast table, eating away, all with smiles on their faces as they conversed and laughed. "Where is Uncle?" William asked, even though he was part of the family he felt as if he was interrupting their breakfast. "Oh, my dear boy! William! Have a seat, Lucile cooked up quite the meal for us on this fine morning." Williams mother, Heloise, spoke with a smile on her face as she invited him to breakfast. "Mother, i've told you before I don't understand why you have Lucile prepare such a meal, we hardly ever finish the food and it's just thrown out. All of this could keep a family fed for a week." the Kendrick family ignored his words, and continued to talk amongst themselves. "William, you're being ridiculous, there will always be food in this house. Relax, please have a seat." William ignored her proposal "Where is uncle?" He asked once more.

As the words left his mouth a 35 year old man with long brown hair that reached his shoulders and a scruffy beard walked through the door. The man was Francis Kendrick, a proud warrior and nobleman of the Kendrick family. "You're late boy, let's get a move on," William walked out the front door, and Francis waved hello and goodbye to the rest of the Kendrick family before walking out, closing the door behind him. William walked beside Francis throughout the Kingdom of Sorenaye. "Is everyone there yet?" William asked as they moved about the crowd, many people greeted the two and wished them a good morning as they walked by, Francis would acknowledge them with a smile and a wave, William would nod. "We are to escort them to meet them at the gates and escort them to the Castle, at high noon we will be allowed to speak with the King himself."

Francis had persuaded the Sorenaye Council to schedule a meeting with the King himself. Francis, William, and three representatives from the outside would state their case, requesting that a guards barracks be built and maintained outside of the walls, taxes and the amount of food given to the Sword and Shield knights be lowered, and an armory be built for residents of the outside, as the state of their weapons are depleting, and few in number. It was Williams idea to meet with the King, and he had been looking forward to today for quite some time. Unbeknownst to the King and the Council, today marked phase one in a plan, also devised by William. "Today is the day." William stated, with ambition in his voice. "A lot is riding on this boy. I have faith in you," Francis said. The pair moved on through the Kingdom and to gates.
not only?
Castiel sighed at the sight of Tilacus slaughtering his minions with ease. He did not wish to engage in combat today, but he should've known better. Cloryn's Keep would not fall so easily. To summon more minions would be useless as this Anceiron was a Veteran, and posed a threat. Unfortunately for him, many a number of Anceiron's and Crusaders reside in Quagmire at this very moment, Tilacus would surely be the strongest among them, but not the last.

As the Imperial Crusader came within striking distance, he leaped into the air as high as his armor would allow him, "FOR THE GRAND EMPIRE!" he shouted as he brought his sword down upon Castiel, only to make contact with the stone floor beneath. Above him, a Raven began circling above Tilacus, but he was not fooled by this move, he knew very well of Castiel's shape-shifting powers. Tilacus sheathed his sword and pulled out a crossbow from behind him, taking aim at the Raven. "If you wish to perish as a brainless animal, so be it!" he was about to fire with precise aim at the Raven, but didn't notice another, circling above. They looked exactly the same, It seemed to come from nowhere These two turning into four, and four turning into six, the Ravens appeared from thin air. They landed a few feet from the Crusader and were engulfed in fire, taking the form of Castiel. Tilacus dropped his crossbow and charged at the group of impostors, sword in hand, without fear. "FIGHT LIKE A MAN, DEMON!"

He aimed for the one in the middle, and they did battle as the others surrounded the two. Tilacus disarmed the impostor and plunged his blade into it's chest, dispersing the clone into flames. He turned to face another, and another, one by one the clones burst into flames, their swords falling to the floor, until there was only one. "There is no avoiding the justice I shall bring upon defeating you, demon scum, now, FACE ME" Tilacus charged once more at Castiel, fighting ferociously and seemed to have the upper hand in the battle. Their swords clashed as they moved back and forth, Castiel swung for his head only to be parried and kicked in the stomach by Tilacus, as he bent forward the Crusader plunged his sword in the back of Castiel. He let out a demonic cry before dropping his blade and falling to the floor. Tilacus ripped his sword from the back of the demon, and looked around with a sense of accomplishment at the number of swords that lay on the floor.

A wave of shock and fear came over Tilacus. Observing the area, only five swords lay around him. He quickly took a defensive stance and turned around, only to receive a steel bolt from his crossbow inbetween the eyes. Tilacus dropped his blade and fell to the floor, as his soul rose from his chest, floating gracefully into Castiel's amulet, who stood a few yards away, with Tilacus's crossbow in hand.

Castiel tossed the crossbow to the side. A group of soldiers could be heard making their way to the area, he decided to use this opportunity to his advantage, and took the form of Tilacus. As he did so, the real body engulfed into flames, and was merely reduced to nothing but ash. The group of soldiers were lead by another Veteran Crusader, Haklo, who approached Tilacus (Castiel). "Tilacus! Brother! The Lord of Wraith has made his presence known, reinforcements are needed. Will you join us?" Tilacus (Castiel) proudly unsheathed his weapon. "May your enemies fear my blade and yours, brother." Haklo nodded. "And may yours fear mine, brother" Haklo lead the way to engage the Lord of Wraith.
