I was kidding. I doubt the nations would spend resources to build such big canals. you have access to the southern nations as trade partners. i have access to the north nations as trade partners.

Edit: besides, couldn't we both trade with the same nations?

You have two options then, the wooded area in the far north or the stretch of jungle along the coast east of the delta. You could also have the small wooded area next to the river kingdom of Kant.

You can take any of the land in the south part of the map that's in the east. How about the piece of land right under the o shaped circle?

I suppose we'll have to wait for word from Golem on the matter, but I just kind of assumed everywhere not claimed by one of us was occupied by little NPC nations. After all, it doesn't make much sense for there to be massive swathes of completely unpopulated land.

The land can easily be populated by villages not under any nations control

I'm just saying that that's what he's told everyone else. He made it very clear that he wanted magic to be unique and legendary, not commonplace. Plus being an island isn't only a downside. First of all, that's a big island and it'd be very hard to completely blockade it. Not to mention that people have to load their armies on boats in order to get there in the first place.And guys, don't start discussing what you're going to do with the nation of the guy who left. I don't see any reason to make it an NPC instead of just saying it doesn't exist.

I like NPCs, they make the RP interesting. I didn't mean to be rude when discussing myraratur republic.
