I'd hate for her to miss out on this opportunity but if we don't find her I'll have to find someone outside our little circle" Clearly he wanted Koyo but if she wasnt located before it was too late He would have to find somebody else. chances were it wouldnt come to that, but at the same time he had his responsibilities to tend to as well, paper work can be quite inconvenient. "oh, And did you fill out the profile survey I handed out the other day?"

Gustavo sat down, and gave a nervous laugh, "Ya about the survey, I didn't really get around to it with all the paperwork I had to do." He then scratched the back of his head, and continued, "I will try to get around to it latter, but for now I think we should maybe just sit around, and wait for Koyo to come by, and if she doesn't come in a few hours, then I guess we will have to look for someone to take her place sadly." He then let out a deep sigh, That survey was so boring I don't know if I could finish it tonight.

FTFY.EDIT: Rules update done. Added short section on Conquest, and that bit about ship travel time, as promised. In addition, more detail about Royal trade caravans have been added. Wealth is now accrued based on the town's wealth, and a caravan may be stationed in a town, to gain wealth each season. Already tabulating the results of certain actions. I say, the dice Gods are delightful little devils!

'captain Daishin, of squad 13" Gio answered "as for why, well i requested a recommendation from him and i guess he would like for me to prove i am worth the recommendation." he shrugged "beyond that i have no more details really. But i will be honest, the recommendation was for the position of lieutenant in this squad, so it will probably be harder than the two menos last week but im not too worried about it" normally one menos was a bit of trouble for a lieutenant level shinigami, but three seated shinigami took on two. To Gio that spoke Volumes to each of their abilities as well as the ability to work together. And Giovanni was betting on that team work for this mission.

Gustavo smiled slightly, and laughed, "Trying to get ahead of us by winning the favor of a captain? Well don't get angry when either me or Koyo show off what we have to offer as well, I'm not letting you get anywhere near captain status that easy, but since you are a fellow squad member I will still aid you." He then turned around, and asked him, "Now where do you think Koyo is? We should probably look around, and see if anyone has seen her recently." He then looked around, and thought to himself, It's strange that we haven't seen her yet, but I guess it isn't to much to worry about.

The room was cold, dark, and dreary, with the only light source being the beautiful flame of the candle that danced on Alexanders desk. Alexander continued to sit still, even as the cold harsh winds blew out his candle he was so intoxicated by the sweet silence, that he no longer cared. Work in times like this made any moment of peace worth enjoying, and he planned to take advantage of it. The silence only broken by the sound of a loud knock on the door, and a young courtier named Norman walked in.

"My Lord, I wish to report news on a recent discovery that has recently taken place in the Overlords lands." Norman then immediately bowed to show his respects, and Alexander waved his hand to show that he could continue. "Thank you my lord, as I was saying the Princess Helen Trisch has declared herself an usurper of the thrown, and now declares herself the rightful Queen of To Lund ap Lunds, Land of the Lords, as she believes it is her right being the first born to the previous king." Norman then reached into his pocket revealing a small piece of rolled up paper, and a picture with the Queens face on it.

"You have done fine work, this will do well." The courtier then bowed, but before he could leave Alexander continued to speak, "Before you go, ready the men, I want two hundred of our knights patrolling our lands in search for this women by the tomorrow, but if she is found make sure that the men know not to alert Rone Trisch, I wish to make an arrangement with her personally." He then looked over at Norman as he bowed silently, and started to leave the room returning it to its originally peaceful state.

The holographic image disappeared, and the head of research gave a kind smile.

"Now, how do your people feel it is best to get to know our race? I know our emperor suggested the capital, but it is so crowded, and to many aristocrats, would you prefer a different method?"

Gustavo turned, and looked at Giovanni, his face suddenly changing from terrified, and confused to a kinder, and more welcoming smile. "Oh hello Giovanni, nothing is really bothering me, just a bit of a bad dream that is all." He scratched his head, and nervously laughed in a weak attempt to assure him. He then jumped down from the roof top, and continued in a less nervous tone. "Sorry I didn't notice you at first, and also I haven't seen Koyo around." He paused, and looked around slightly. "Also a mission?" He stared at him, and then the hell butterfly. "Which captain are we escorting? And Why?" He said curiously waiting for Giovanni's reply.

Leonardo sat in his small wooden home, it was nicer, and more well kept than the other ones, but it was still not what he was used to. "Oh why did I listen to father, this new world is absolutely filthy, and the food is terrible." He whined as a servant walked up to him, and poured him another glass of wine. "The only reason why I am even able to control the people, is because of my wealth, and power over the soldiers, but those Corustarian's are making them nervous." His head rested on the table due to his irritation over his current situation.

"Sir, might I suggest requesting a trade route with them, they are not the worst of empires, and their goods would be well worth the effort." The servant whispered to him, and gave a soft smile.

"What do you know, your only here to serve me food, and wine." He snapped, giving the servant a malicious look.

"Have you forgotten who is truly in charge of this colony sir?" He gave slight pause. "Oh my, it seems you have. Well then let me remind you, your father gave me full political control over this colony, and in exchange I was to be your servant."

Leonardo turned around, and said furiously, "Fine then, send them the request, and let father now that everything is going well, and that we are attempting trade with Corustaria." He sighed deeply, and started to sip his wine.
