Fawkes Ulster walks to the large stage, greets the crowd and asks "How do you like my new outfit?" referencing to the suit she had on. "I'm afraid that since president Hollow is ill at the moment, I shall have to read out the quell twist." She paused for a few seconds to take in the cheering before pulling out a golden slip with the number 100 written in ornate letters. She paused for another few seconds, slipping the audience a childish smile, before slowly tearing open the envelope. "This year, on the 100th anniversary of the Hunger Games, only twin brothers and sisters may be reaped, but to show that we are kind, if they are the last two remaining, they may win together." She let the audience cheer for a couple of minutes before slowly walking off the stage.

We shall start 10 secs before the gong sounds.

Combat is decided with 1-10 numbers, if the random number gen is 7 ans two people pick 3 and 9 the closest person wins, if you have a weapon, the amount you are allowed to be out is incread by one, for example if it was 5 and someone picked 10 and the other one picked 1, and one of them had a weapon, the person with the weapon wins.

The corncuopia contains all sorts, but I shall stop people that OP their characters at the start.
