Karina put on the pajamas and got into bed, the warm red fire keeping her safe and warm, just like Voltus.The room was very warm, so she opened one of the windows. She tossed and turned for a bit before calming down and beginning to fall asleep.

Garland had crept in through the open window, using the same trick Rhodri had taught him. He lightly picked up Karina, and just as he was about to take his first step she woke up and screamed. Garland quickly put a hand over her mouth and whispered in her ear "One more sound, and Rhory's going to be mad."

Karina walked up the long winding courtyard and stood beside the front door of the house. "Could you open the door then?" she asked. She ran a hand through her hair, wondering if cutting it would have made any difference.

Garland had just made touchdown in Rotitiov, and began following the carriage tracks, after recieving a tip that a man was travelling with a white haired short girl on a carriage.

"I-I-I think I know my namesake then." Said Karina, Voltus named her after Katerinda. "I-if you don't mind me asking, what happened to her?" she said timidly, allowing the music to fill the room. "And what is Voltus going to do while I live here?"

Garland had just gotten on a zeppelin, it would take a good few hours, but he was heading to Rotitov, and when he got there, there'd be no telling what could happen.
