Bio: Hadley attended the Royal Military Academy at the age of seventeen, he'd trained in marksmanship and swordplay. After four years at the academy, Hadley was sent to the First Boer War in Africa. There he was designated a sniper and mainly used his rifle. After the war, he was put on guard duty at Buckingham Palace, needless to say, that warranted no action, and action is what he craved. He felt satisfied when he pulled the trigger of his firearm and an enemy fell. He'd been recognized for his service in the war and a few years later was offered to join the organization to which he agreed.
