Still... That really threw me off. xD
Quirking an eyebrow, Kaiya stared after Humaru and remarked, "And you were the one trying to stop me from charging in?"

With a sigh, she followed after him and stopped a little ways away. Spotting a nearby, sturdy looking tree, Kaiya jumped over and comfortably settled on a branch, swinging her feet back and forth as she silently watched. A preemptive strike was not what she had in mind. She just wanted to meet the cloaked figure, gauge his strength from simple observation, and leave him on to his merry way until he did something else. Well, it worked out either way.
...I was certainly NOT expecting that. I'm a little worried with Humaru's train of thought. I don't think kissing a minor 8 years younger than him is particularly... right or legal for that matter.
"Huh?"

She blinked confusedly when she felt herself being suddenly turned. Only a few seconds away from their lips touching, Kaiya turned her head by reflex and used her sleeve to block Humaru's. An alarmed and slightly disgusted look replaced her happier, carefree expression. Blurting out the first thing that came to mind, she nudged him away, "Are you trying to get arrested?"

Upon landing on a solid platform, she immediately backed away from the man. The little respect she held for him just vanished into thin air with that one action. She enjoyed her personal bubble just like the rest of humanity, thank you very much!
Taking note of this, Kaiya's short-lived anger disappeared completely and a victorious grin made its way onto her face. At a much happier mood, she hopped from building to building in order to reach her target. She discreetly hid her baton into her baggy sleeve, pleased that it wasn't noticeable.

Now then! Time to meet the stranger~
Without missing a beat, Kaiya walked past him, "Not good enough,"

Frankly, she didn't care how seemingly strong the cloaked figure was. She would find out for herself, and she was aware of her own strength. Sure, she was reckless- but nowhere near suicidal. As for her homework, she only had one question left that could easily be done the following morning. Her adopted sister obviously saw where she was going, and Yuzuki knew what kind of person she was.
Luckily for him, Kaiya's anger had already reduced to a relatively safe level. Staring at him evenly in the eye, she demanded, "Give me three valid reasons why."
Well. Humaru got on Kaiya's bad list pretty quickly. Congratulations!
Kaiya initially ignored him, but feeling a grip on her baton and soon after having it taken away, something in her snapped.

With her head down, she retrieved her baton from her bag before walking back to Humaru. In a flurry of anger, Kaiya wordlessly aimed a deadly Lightning-coated jab at Humaru's head, intending for the relatively harmless baton to pierce through. Soft green sparks fell around her, and she met the older man's eyes with a cold gaze. Her killing intent oozed throughout the room as she spoke with a threateningly calm voice, "You have no right to restrain me."

She could understand the man simply trying to do his job of protecting her and normally she would've backed down, but he managed to do three things she absolutely loathed- touching her baton without her consent, mistreating it, and most of all: restricting her.

With her anger still at its peak, Kaiya leaped out of the window and landed on a rooftop not too far down. She began to make her way towards the cloaked figure, her rage slowly dissipating with every step.
Kaiya nodded and pressed on, "Do you know what attribute it was?"

As she waited for an answer, she found herself staring out the same window that overlooked Namimori and had a decent view of the two schools. It was only then that she noticed a cloaked figure coincidentally a few rooftops away from... Namimori High.

Connecting two and two, Kaiya retrieved her baton from her bag and casually twirled it as she made her way back into the doorway to grab a pair of sneakers, "Speaking of culprits, I think I found ours."
