I got my hair cut and dyed and I've been told I slightly resemble Draco Malfoy and I'm sobbing lol. Now I know who I'm going to cosplay as next.

This won't be interesting in the slightest.
Since I'm on this site, I'm sure it's obvious I like to write. Since you're on this site and reading this, I'd assume you like to write as well (though I do try to stay away from making assumptions about a person I've never met). So, we most likely already have something in common, which is cool.
I could go on about other things I like but I try not to do that. I mean, who cares about my intense love for Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, and the MCU?
I'll just end this bio by saying, I'm not an a-hole so we'll probably get along. :) Cheers!

Definitely interested. :)
All of the OC's will have their own original storylines that they will follow and if it makes sense, we can work the storylines into certain MCU films. I wasn't wanting to just insert OC's into the movies themselves.
I've never been part of a free roleplay before and I've only played (er... watch somebody play) Resident Evil 7 but I love that game and story so much. I'd love to be part of a Resident Evil RP even though I probably don't know as much about the lore as everyone else. :)

I feel like now would be a pretty good time to start a roleplay taking place in the MCU. We have 18 movies that span over ten years. We could start in 2008 (when Iron Man takes place) and work our way up to Infinity War (or we could start somewhere in the middle of all that. Like... around the time of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I believe that took place in 2014 since that's the year it came out). We'd create our own characters and they would have their own storylines. Some of your characters could be in Asgard doing stuff with Thor and his buddies, others could be in Hell's Kitchen, possibly fighting or assisting Daredevil. Or maybe your character is working for S.H.I.E.L.D. or HYDRA. All of the storylines would lead to one major event, just like Phase 1 of the MCU. That event could be the attack on New York or something else, depending on where in time we start. I feel like, just like the Avengers themselves, all of our characters will meet each other at some point.
Obviously, we can't alter any of the stories too much. For example, if your character encounters Bucky Barnes as he's walking away from Steve at the end of CA:TWS, you can't force him to stay in New York with you or anyone else. You could simply say something to him and then let him walk away. Another example: Let's say your character is eavesdropping on Tony and Bruce talking about creating Ultron. You cannot stop them from creating Ultron. Ultron has to be created.
Another thing is don't feature a notable character from the movies, like Iron Man or Doctor Strange, just to have them in your post. If they're going to be in it, they need to feel like they belong and not like they were just shoehorned in.
I would be okay with you romancing any of the characters. If you want your character to date Steve Rogers, that's fine. Also, I'm 100% okay with LGBTQ+ characters and relationships. If your OC is a boy and he wants to date Steve, I'm okay with that. If your OC is a girl and she wants to date Wanda, that's okay too. I really don't care who your character is interested in, just as long as the romance makes sense and it well-written. :)
One thing: I think most of the characters will not and should not join the Avengers. I mean, assisting them is fine (if it makes sense). But like meeting the Avengers once, maybe helping them a bit, and then immediately becoming a full-fledged Avengers shouldn't happen. But obviously, if your character is a (former?) S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and is dating Steve Rogers or Natasha Romanoff, it would make sense if they helped the Avengers say, during Age of Ultron or something like that. They might be considered an "honorary Avenger" or something, which would make sense. I feel like in the beginning, we should just stay away from any of the characters actually becoming an Avenger unless the plot calls for it or it makes sense for your character (like I keep saying. Everything just has to make sense and be well-written. It's not that hard lol). Also, your character cannot be a Marvel character that has yet to be introduced in the MCU. I don't want to see any Gwenpools or White Tigers. Your OC has to be, well, original. ;)
So, what do you think? Would anyone be interested in doing an RP like this?

I might be interested in this. Will there be more of plot or just what you wrote in your original post? I'm fine with it either way, I'm just curious.
