Promise of an eventful Future

I am so sorry about the post, I posted now. :) I hope it's okay and all, and you're still interested! I gave a large opening, as we discussed, so it shouldn't be too hard. :)

Do you want us to get to the Villain / Vigilante part faster? Like, after this scene, we could skip some time in some way and go straight to the event leading to both our characters deciding to team up at first? Time skip would include multiple flash backs and what not. What do you say?

Promise of an eventful Future

Lindsey had been in her friend's car for quite some time while they headed for the center of town. She actually remained silent, lost in her own thoughts, while staring at the lights speeding by on the sides of the road. It was a scene took straight out of an 80's movie or something, which did not escape Kimberly.

''Lindy, sweetheart, what's the deal here. You seem to be in another world.''

Lindsey snapped out of it as she heard her friend speaks. Truth was, she had been thinking a lot lately about a whole lot of things. The girl always had been greatly affected by the world around her to a point where it could become negative for her, almost dangerous for her lifestyle. Kim knew it and tried her best to keep her best friend's mind busy and entertained.

''I'm sorry, Kim, it's nothing really. You know me, I'm just stressed about the exams and all. I don'T know how you can be so calm every time...''

Kimberly laughed it off. She knew all too well that Lindsey knew how much studies were not important to her. She didn't try, but managed to get good grades. Kim interest was towards partying, mostly. Most people would wonder why the heck a girl like Lindsey was best friend with someone like Kimberly, but some things could hardly be given an answer to. Even Lindsey wondered, and every time the question popped up in her mind she would smile and realize there was absolutely no reason. They had been friends forever. If there was one person in who she had total trust, it was Kimberly. Her attitude did not matter in the scale.

''Yeah well...I'm not. Calm, I mean. You sure you know me all that well, Lindy? I mean, we are going at one of my favorite place, and that's a club downtown so.'' She said jokingly. Both laughed as Kim pulled over and stopped the car. Both friends got out and walked a little while until they finally reached it. The place seemed fairly popular and there was a lot of people, as well as a waiting line to get in. Being a regular, Kim managed to talk her way in VIP style. The music inside was loud, too loud for Lindsey's tastes but she promised her friend to be with her. She might as well try to enjoy it.

Despite not being her style, she danced along way her friend for a while before she finally left the crowd and sat down at a table, looking around and feeling out of place. It took a few minutes before Kimberly noticed her friend disappeared and for her to find the stubborn girl.

''Lindsy, what are you doing? Come on!'' she yelled through the music. Lindsey knew better than to try and answer with words, there was no way she'd scream it would be a waste of time. She instead shook her head in denial and motioned something about her leaving very soon. At least she was going to, but at the same moment Kimberly seemed as if she had spotted a ghost. Kim looked closer and smiled as she put her hand on another girl's shoulder, yelling over the music yet again;

''Amy?! Is that you?!'' It seemed like she had met with someone she knew.

Personality: Anabelle is a girl who's personality contradict itself on so many different level. For one, she can hardly stay still for more than a few minutes and her great curiosity gave her more than her fair share of troubles. Ana is usually not all that talkative, unless she finds an interesting subject to ask questions about, then she can go on for hours...or until someone kindly, or not, tell her to stop. Her father was a doctor and her mother works at a Poke Center, so Ana grew up knowing what the world out there was capable of doing to someone. Despite everything, Anabelle remained a laughing and smiling child that's always more than ready to make a fool of herself just to cheer up a friend, or her own pokemons.

The girl is also kind of clumsy, but she can keep her wits about and know how to think rationally in dire situations.

History: Anabelle grew up in a wealthy family of the Kalos region, she was born in Lumiose City but the family then moved and lived in Aquacorde town. Her father was a doctor that still worked in Lumiose city, while her mother was working as a nurse at the Pokecenter of Aquacorde. Because of her parents jobs, Anabelle grew up knowing exactly what could happen out there and eve came to fear it when she was younger, but that fear disappeared eventually. When she was still young, her parents would spoil her as the lone child she was, giving her gifts and pretty much anything she would ask. What Ana would remember the most, however, were the trips. Her father would take her mother and herself along trips to the different regions of the world, where they would visit most of the popular landmarks such as forests, lakes and popular cities. They would attend the different contests in each regions, varying from battle to beauty. However the region that Ana loved the most was the Kanto region, where they took the S.S Anne cruise and visited the safari. Her love for the region even convinced her parents to move there for a few months during vacation.

Eventually, the family stopped moving so much and settled back in their home of Kalos region where Anabelle finished her study. She was supposed to follow in her parents footsteps, but the girl did not want that life for herself. Anabelle grew up being much more interested in Pokemons and their lifestyle rather than medecine. Originally her parents believed she'd become a nurse at a Pokecenter, but their daughter's passion for pokemons would stop her from remaining here and finishing the necessary studies. At first they opposed their daughter, but eventually gave in and accepted the fact she was going to leave home eventually. To prove his acceptance of his daughter's choice, Ana's father gave her two pokemons as a gift a few years ago. Ever since, the girl had been busy working on her relationship with her Pokemons. She was not all that interested in battling, even if she ended up doing some of them, but her main point of interest was raising the Pokemons.

Anabelle passion led her to stray ever so far from medicine, and rather wish to become a pokemon researcher. Her goal was, first, to travel the different regions and fill out her pokedex while she'd take notes on the pokemons and their many different lifestyles and habits.

Despite her clumsy nature and attitude, Anabelle is actually a thinker as well as a very capable researcher that is able to keep her wits about. She's also a very quick learner.

I totally get you Gargoyle, RPing is a kind of time demanding hobby, but if you like to read&write normally you can squeeze in some extra time out of thin air. :P Which...generally means bad side effect on my sleeping schedule. T_T. I wish you can stay with us for this one, the more the merrier.

I understand the stress of having soooo many people in a roleplay, but I have to say I don't understand the fear of 'having' to read through pages of text. When you lay it down, Roleplaying -is- about two things; Reading and Writing. Being scared to read text is removing half the fun of what we do here. XD
