what he doesn't see is the follow through sending him flying as the blunt end slams into his face instead of the blade as he's mid doge and unable to right himself and move out of the way. this man is a far more skilled opponent than he thought, he even begins to see him smile

jack ends up dodging into the attacks, his oppenent reading how he'll dodge as he decides it and causing him to be cut into mincemeat as he gives jack too much time to redirect the sythe while his bullets seem to bounce off his skin
