You feel an odd sort of feeling, as you sense not an odd aura, but an odd force affecting auras around the area you're in. Some people seem to be moving faster than others, whereas others are moving more slowly. You can also sens the panic spreading through the area as they witness this inexplicable event.
micheal gets up and starts to walk towards the source, avoiding the distortions before they happen as he heads towards the aura with the same signature as the distortions

something like chakra (i thought you never watched naruto?) if he were to put his mind to it he could sense all the auras in a city and be able to tell who's who in all of them (he also has better hearing since he's a wolf anthro)

he'd be in a forest near her (he can also sense auras in a rather large radius)

I'm going to argue about it because I enforce a certain degree of logic when I'm doing things. Like I said. If my character shoots a beam of lightning, and you block with a shield of earth, then the lightning is going to go right through, and probably be all the stronger for it.
it'll be grounded....
