A psychopath. Mentally ill. However, it can be cured. Sometimes, a psychologist can help one of these people. People can convince themselves of almost anything if they feel they have to, or if their mind makes them. Psychologists are here to help people with problems like that.

That's 95% of murderers who can be saved, who can live a happy life and do their best to attone for their sins. Do those people really deserve to die?

What do you think war is? America killed hundreds of German civilians. Soldiers who don't want to fight are forced to hold a gun "for their country". He killed thousands of people, but so does everyone, in war. Roosevelt had hundreds of communists murdered because he saw them as a threat, and caused the Vietnam war. In my own country, "freedom fighters" placed bombs on german planes and trains, murdered Nazi-supporters in their beds. What I'm saying is that "good" and "evil" are not facts. They're titles applied by people to demonize the enemy.
