Personality: Lionel is not an unhappy man, but he isn't exactly bursting with joy. He is instead, a man on edge. Anxious more often than not by a mile, he is cautious around most and scared to be around many. He is no fan of combat, and hated what he had to do during the war. He has trouble talking to others, and isn't exactly the smartest man around either. If you could quantify his 'charisma' and 'wisdom', the average man would be a ten on both, and Lionel would be around a seven and eight respectively. Lionel is has his heart in the right place, but can be quick to make assumptions and rush to snap decisions if under pressure. Plus, with him being quick to panic already, well, he isn't suited to be any form of party leader to say the least. Also he has a really bad case of 'bitchy resting face'.
Lionel however is hard-working, and is always willing to improve himself. He isn't, however, proficient at most schoolwork and can often be found complaining if talked to about it. He is, however, proficient in the sciences and is always willing to help others when it comes to that kind of work.
History: Lionel was lucky, he knew that was a fact truer then any other. Unlike the stories he had heard about his friends and fellow soldiers, he never ended up in the hands of scientists or government officials or anything of the sort. Perhaps it was because they valued his abilities less then others, or perhaps it was because they simply couldn't go after every hero they wanted to. Either way our man was not a lab rat though, and thats what mattered. However, veteran life wasn't a cake walk for him either. Lionel lived on the streets, off of petty jobs and could only occasionally hold something that payed slightly higher then minimum. But due to bad luck, more skilled competition, and his skittish personality, he would always be fired shortly into any job worthwhile.
Lionel knew this wasn't a life he was meant to leave, but with no power of his own that he could use to change it, he simply had to deal with it. Or at least, that is what he believed. It was then that Primas gave him a second chance at a life he had wanted. He was never so fast to sign himself up for else in his life.
Abilities: Lionel has the blood of the Hekatonkheires flowing through his veins. However he cannot access most of his power set. As of now, he only has fictional physical strength, and the ability to regenerate from wounds at an accelerated rate. That, and his ability to increase the size of his body slightly.
