Alice silently looked around the room, the characters, except Grell, staring in confusion.
Alice nodded, her shaking starting to stop. "Everything good with Kaleb?" Kaleb was his best friend. "I know you guys had a fight. Mel told me."
"I didn't talk to him. I don't really remember him anyway." Grell shrugged, standing up with Alice, her a bit shaky. He grabbed her hand, causing her shaking to lessen.
"Hi, Josh." She held out her hand to shake.

"Melanie, is this Josh that I've heard you guys talking about?" Grell turned to Melanie, with a questioning look.
She nodded. "Hey, Josh!" She tried to sound happy, waving.
Alice didn't like listening to knocks. "No." She turned. "Mel, who is it?"
Alice nodded, wiping the streaks from her face. She still held the pillow close.
He screamed, "NO! I JUST WANT TO 'TALK'!"
