"Let's find out."

Sasha took the books out and 'read' them just as Silas had done, each volume disappearing into nothingness the moment she stabbed the button with her finger. It felt like she was consuming the books. Checking her skills and talents, she found all of them there.

"That's sweet. I wonder if this works for, say, quantum mechanics, or something."

A Clayman's Finale

Sonneillon felt no need to relay the telepathic message to its holder. After all, a Knight's spirit did all of the dirty work. Lumbering forward in front of Adeline, the dark spirit would trigger, and shrug off all the traps that would be lethal to the very vulnerable girl.

"Okay, take a left here. I'm pretty sure we're close..." Adeline instructed, her decision based on intuition more than knowledge. She glanced back into the dark corridor, both wary of enemies and worried about Maria. Maybe it wasn't a good idea leaving her behind? She was a rookie after all, even if she was older than her. I'm always making terrible decisions, aren't I.

Adeline was quickly growing alarmed at the increasingly confusing tunnels, and was considering backtracking a few turns, when something other than brick and darkness appeared at the end of a corridor. Under the dim lighting of the runes, she could make out two figures. Sonneillon had stopped too. There was little doubt that these were enemies, but Adeline couldn't bring herself to attack them without warning.

"Identify yourselves!" she shouted as loud as possible. Sonneillon, however, had other priorities. It lashed out with metal chains, whipping horizontally towards the two figures.
So I'll just make something up myself?
I find it really amusing that you have like this entire system worked out yourself that you sometimes decide to tell us about.
Just the whole shopping list? Probably for stuff near our level, no point looking at things that are too far away.
I only sort of remember there being people whom bishop seemed to recognise. If I remember correctly , adeline did not even see them herself. A little description might help? I don't know what I'm working with here.
Yeah, we'll split it I guess.

Btw, can we have a list of items we can buy off the Abyss Auction? So that we can just buy the stuff we want IC instead of having to go through the process of finding out what's on sale.

EDIT: METAMETAMETAMETAsorry but that looks good.
EDITEDIT: Genji seemed to have ignored Sasha's request so I guess I'll have to wait for Silas's decision.
"Looks like it didn't work..." Sasha said and shrugged. She would have to ask the others how it was done later. "I don't know. I guess I can just wear one and see."

With that, she slipped on one of the metal rings. She spun it around her wrist a few times, the ornament loose on her slender wrist. "Killing these kobolds is great for experience, but I think I need something else right now. If you don't mind, can you teach me some martial arts? Not in a particular weapon. I think hands to hand combat would be a great start. Something defensive so that I'm not useless at close ranges. "
"Exp or real battle experience, I think we're making a lot of progress here," Sasha said, stretching out lazily. She didn't feel very tired, even after all that strenuous activity. Using the mana revolver was still far easier than fighting in close range. She had a feeling that she eventually had to cover her weaknesses in this field, though. "Nnngh... You can have a look at the book first."

She took some of the items from Genji. There were more clubs, and even armor and arm rings. Sasha wasn't sure what to make of these items. How did the others do it again? "Observe?"
