Busy?
Hmmm, considering he calls down a storm, I don't think there's much fine control. Maybe if he lets it off near the foundations and a couple of important pillars get destroyed, the building would collapse. But yeah, like I said, with great effort. Regular holders can't blow up buildings at the of their fingers.
Are you referring to his storm call? Lighting strikes could certainly cause terrible damage and set fire to a building, but I wouldn't exactly call it 'leveling' a building the same way artillery shells could.
I would say this RP is quite low powered. Expect the most powerful of your abilities to be just able to level a small building, at great effort. For the more regular and rapid fire spells, think WW2 era rifles, explosive fireballs that can blast chunks out of walls, or freezing bolts that stop a person cold. You can also heal minor wounds, form armor that can withstand a couple of cannon shots, control minds, throw smoke bombs, short ranged teleportation... the list goes on. I hope this helps a bit?

EDIT: Also, Kestrel isn't the type of GM that spends all his day plotting how to murder his players. You can focus on RPing instead of preventing your player from dying, so you don't need to try too hard with the player abilities. Just have fun making things interesting.
It is.

Anyway... Not I'm not holding anyone up. :p Though out of sheer boredom and for some odd reason a desire to what to create an old lady character, I might make a Ms. Lysander CS for fun.

Do eeeet
Sasha threw a puzzled glance at Silas. For someone who appeared so aloof, the man sure seemed to be warming up to her a lot. It didn't feel like he was hitting on her either. "If you say so."

"Everyone seems pretty dead set on continuing whatever they had been doing," Sasha said with a sigh. She cleared her throat and continued. "Can I remind everyone here that there are slave traders after us? Does the word kidnapping come to mind? I know we pushed them back, but fuck, I don't wanna end up as a commodity on the auction."

Sasha was on her feet now, trying to get her point across. And her parents always called her stubborn and reckless. "We'll stick together for now. Until everyone's level twenty, minimum."
Maybe the birds are rigged with remote controlled explosives.
Shouldn't have let the don walk out.
Rendezvous Crash

Vologhn leaned against a cabinet at the side of the room, quietly listening to Bishop's conversation to the Don. Her words were really believable, at least on a logical level. Vologhn was no good judge of facial expressions. For all he knew, the Don was already planning to kill them all the moment the facade dropped. The men gathering outside the door certainly made that a possible outcome.

He had no way of informing his allies of the eavesdroppers. Interrupting the conversation with some whispered words would look far too suspicious. The best he could do was to tell Andre. Casually he slinked over to where the man was standing, but the conversation abruptly ended with the Don excusing himself to the washroom. Andre opened his mouth before Vologhn could stop him.

"Right, restroom. We really don't have the time for further small talk now. Do you want to try talking more or should we try to go look for documents?" Vologhn smacked his palm against his face.
"We'll go to Mr. Blair's office for the documents later," Vologhn said, the made-up name only for confusing the Don's men. He discreetly pointed to his ear and then the door, trying to warn them about the men spying on them. He mouthed the words, "I'll block the door. Let's start."

Vologhn activated the Silken Weave command on the threads covering the door, sealing it shut. Although the Don's men weren't holders, the blocked door wouldn't hold forever. Vologhn went straight to the Don's table and started rummaging through the drawers, looking for anything important.
