Devin could have joined in the weeks prior to the start of the rp. Enough for him to be familiar with the place and the basics of the guild, but hasn't been on a mission yet. Btw, should I make him more powerful than he currently is? He only has normal arrows and no magic. I'm not sure what your standards are.
The ability that sasha gained is quite useless, since she has low luck. Why can't she get something stealth related, since she essentially performed a near perfect stealth kill? edit:not complaining, just saying
