Rendezvous Crash

Vologhn led the way through the alleys of Calacany. Bishop had recovered enough to follow along, but she was alarmingly quiet and responded only when necessary. Her injury also bothered him. It would be best to finish the mission as fast as possible.

"Hang on, Bishop. It would make things very difficult if you are unconscious," Vologhn said. It came out much harsher than he had meant to be.

Ahead a small gathering of people could be seen. There was no way to avoid them save going out into the main road again. It seemed like they had to get through one way or another. However, the ruffians did not seem to be in an agreeable mood.

“You better run away now, freaks," one of the men shouted. Uncivilized, Vologhn thought in disgust. The insult meant nothing to him, whom did not even identify himself as a human, but their behaviour and ignorance grated upon his senses. Vologhn clenched his fist, his expression frigid. There were twenty odd people here. As non-holders they didn't stand a chance in a fair fight.

"If we don't?" Vologhn said while casually walking nearer to the crowd. His fingers were busy weaving a Spectral Web, but none of them knew that. Vologhn was prepared for an attack- and if provoked would swiftly counter with a right hook into the man's solar plexus. He had never been a creature of violence… but patience had its limits.
Oh I missed that, sorry. I could post now I guess.
I thought I was behind but apparently not. Clayman's: Hedya is up. Rendezvous Crash: Koka. You do realize it's only me and you in Crash with Brovo out of the picture?
...it's not my turn yet is it?
Ellie returned shortly after they had gathered in the tavern. She held out a book and brooch to each of them. Devin grabbed it with a nod. She explained that it was the Guild Guide and Guild Seal. The Seal could be used to magically communicate with Belle or Rumple. The Guide… was to be read, he presumed. Devin couldn't read. He turned the tome around, wondering what he was going to do with it.

Without further ado, the party left. A short carriage ride later they were on a private train car, rumbling towards their destination at full speed. Devin sat at the window watching the scenery zoom past. These technological wonders were simply marvelous. He had not the slightest clue how they worked, but as long as they worked he had no qualms about them. Gone were the days of traveling through the woods by horseback or foot.

Fortunately Ellie informed them that they could use the Seal to read the Guide. Devin gave it a try. As soon as he placed the Seal upon a page of the book, Merlin's clear voice began speaking to him. Not just technology, then. Magic made everything so convenient too.

"Yes. What are we after?" Devin joined in when Red asked about the mission. They haven't been told what to expect at all.
Okay, I guess.
Man I miss you, melon. Been some time.
I don't ever intend to drop RPs I'm in... but I just can't right now. Please give me a little time.
Sorry, I'm really busy. I'll try to post asap.
