I'd prefere to draw my characters. But Time constraints and mid terms and other projects made me stoop to google.
Name: Illos Wisperia
Alias: Dark thoughts.
Age:26
Gender: Female
Personality: Horrible, I jest...But really. She is a sadistic cruel angel of truth. Mercy is for those without the true commitment to their cause, and or the ignorance to thing these weak minded fools will ever evolve to more than just destructive bacteria. She gets off watching her enemies breakdown, watch the strongest of men break down and cry from the ideas and false memories. But she struggles with demons that will crush lesser men, and despite the temptation to make the world her playground, She feels it is her duty as a transcended being to better the world before she goes.
Powers:
A telepathy of dangerous levels. She reads thoughts as if checking a text and can alter a thought in the weak willed just as easily. Prolonged ventures can enable her to rewrite a person....but morally she stands against this. Spending so long in someones head dirties your own mind. What? you expected her to care about your rights?
Enhanced mental reaction time and muscle memory theft. Her mind has been at this for some time, and naturally it has pushed hers past normal limits. Making her react much faster than a normal human being, tied into the ability to steal memories and alter her own, she could easily spar with ninja or go shot for shot with a sniper.
Equipment: Her typical weapons are a simple combat suit and a rather contrasting Black combat knife. But she prefers hand to hand as its far less "messy"
Other: She's a sucker for pure hearted people. They are just so adorable!
Appearance:
History: Almost a monster, she learned about her gift when she was a young child. But unfortunately like most telepaths she had no control over it in the slightest. Everyones thoughts and imaginations bled into hers, terrifying her. All the monsters that lurk about, lust in particular was horrific and so graphic. Her parents where running on empty as they had her committed....Things only got worse from there.
Shock therapy would have been more humane. Her parents thoughts where always warm and hopeful, even her fathers artistic mind made for a fun escape. Now in this cold place, where the minds thought in another language (Not really but when your 10 psychological theory isn't on your spelling test.)Prodding questioning, and the drugs. Pills injections, luquid ooze, all attempting to dull her thoughts began to do just the opposite. When love no longer helps dilute fear, rage works to abolish it instead.
She began to lash out physically at first, but all that did was get her bound and her mouth muzzled. An incident where the doctor dared to think thoughts of taking advantage led to her finding out just how much she could do when threatened. Soon after she -Redacted-

Well yeah im trying to be vague at the moment. I can describe it in more detail, but I wanted to make sure the gm was actually cool with a energy source that was based on a loose science. Some people get really up tight over actual theory vs science fiction, Which I find funny.
Just so you can get a rough idea the power was going to be a rolling stone. The characters body is extremely dense and seeing as they naturally repel everything they are something similar to cannon ball. As mentioned its naturally repelling things so unless its at high speed and or large in mass its going to be pushed away making physical contact harder for anyone but combat wise its a huge perk. I imagine physical injury would be terrible for the mutant, as the dense body naturally controls how the energy is emitted but if its been damaged it would be the equivalent of tearing a fin off a fish.
Does that make it more clear? And I wont be heart broken if you don't like it Mr/Ms gm Just an idea im fond of, not married to.

Dark energy is ever pushing away from dark matter. Free of the effects of the rest of the known universe (It doesn't lose speed due to distance, it passes though other matter with no known effect.) Ever pushing away from the dark matter that makes up the skeletal system of what we know. Theoretically it will push until the universe is so scattered that the atoms will no longer be able to attract one another *BLAH BLAH BLAH Dumbing down theory a-metric-lot here.* and everything will stop....
Basically I want to set up a power similar to dark energy. The character would be stressed with a body that repells from everything to a slight degree. (including the ground) I would make it have a physical negative trait of the character being blue and rather small (Its a born mutant not a puberty mutation). The character would be physically unable to sleep as well. As the body would naturally be creating vast amounts of energy.
Does that make any kinds of sense?
