The students were all gathered in the canteen, despite the great weather, the students insisted on eating indoors. The canteen was bustling with students of all walks of life and some staff who were rushing to a lecture with their lunch. The Jocks occupy the right side of the canteen, The Geeks slumped at the back playing D&D, The Rich Kids sat in the middle, looking down at all those that passed and The Inbetweeners were... well, in between, they occupied any free space they could find in the canteen...
In the middle of a bustling crowd was Thomas Jenkins, staring blankly into the crowd, as if he had been hypnotized. His black hair was swept to the side and his shirt and tie clinged to his body, it looked uncomfortable but quite smart, his jeans were tight and black and his shoes were slick and his laces were tied to perfection. He stood still, hands in his pockets. To everyone else, he looked as if he had cracked under the pressure of University, but in fact, he was studying someone... Watching them get their food and socializing with her friends, he tilted his head and smiled slightly. Some Jock bumped him and his snapped from his trance, whisked away into reality again,
"CRANIUM!" He exclaimed loudly and looked around shocked,
"I apologise..." He chuckled nervously and walked briskly to the other side of the canteen and took a seat, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, he began whistling a tune...
Over the speakers came an old, crinkled voice,
"Please note that all students are asked to keep their parties to a minimum, it has raised concerns with the Ofsted Examiners that are assessing the school... Thank you" Thomas smiled and stood up, headed to the food stands and got a disgusting-looking hot dog and a milkshake. He sat back down and finished his milkshake in seconds and with a big grin he bit into his hot dog.

Personality: Thomas is outwardly charming and makes an effort to get people under his thum-- Get people to like him. Despite his caring and warm appearance, he is callous and manipulative. His ego is grandiose and justified. Some have called him crazy but he is, despite his flaws, actually full of emotion and life. He is by no means a shell of a human. He is just eccentric. His intellect causes him to become chronically bored and makes him struggle with boring and monotonous' tasks.

Bio: Thomas grew up in a loving household, his parents occupied minor positions in the British Government and his brother was a teacher. The only downside was his uncle, he would look after young Thomas when his family were away. His uncle was a drunk and a bastard, he beat Thomas a few times but nothing too severe, because of this Thomas ran away from homes in his early teens and struggled with social problems.
He developed a callous disregard for others and a shocking lack of remorse and trust issues at the age of 16. He enrolled at CBU and had to learn to be more socially involved, he became charming and kind and quickly befriended everyone. Studying Psychology helped him to understand the people around him and even himself, he uses this to his advantage and has successfully crafted a positive reputation for himself. He is still haunted by the memory of the abuse but he doesn't let it affect his work.
