The Sutōmu Kirā; Storm Killer

Generic Information

Name: Satoshi Yamada Age: Sixteen. Birthplace: Konohagakure Clan: The Yamada Clan are not well-known within the Konohagakure's history, and for good reason. Their history is relatively unknown; it is only known that they are skilled, competent ninja that doesn't do the glory work. They do not focus on one specific skill, nor do they have a kekkai genkai that are currently known. True people of hard work, and absolutely no civilian within their ranks. While they have no Kekkai Genkai, the Yamada clansmen are very clear-headed thinkers, and their bodies seem to heal and move faster than the bare average. Weight/Height: 158/5'11. Squad: Squad One.

Combat Information

Kekkei Genkai: Storm Release. Chakra Nature: Lightning Release, Water Release. Techniques: Satoshi's has mastered all standard E-Rank techniques, as taught in his remedial class. Includes a small fire jutsu to light campfires, a small water jutsu to fill a canteen, and a small earth jutsu to hide said fire. Custom-wise... Raigeki Rank: D to S. Currently between D and C, as it scales with Satoshi's strength. Official Description: A simple technique in concept and execution. It grows in strength as the user himself grows. Basically, when attacking an enemy in taijutsu, the user channels Lightning chakra into each appendage, so that the enemy, when hit, will also feel painful doses of lightning - while also numbing the area that's stricken. At this point and time, each of Satoshi's attacks channels minimal doses of electricity when it attacks, temporarily shocking the person and giving them painful zaps. Similarly, he can transform the electricity into any steel weaponry, to increase their vibrations for easier slicing, piercing, and vaporizing power. The chakra drain is extremely slow, only spiking when he physically attacks an opponent and discharges the electricity within. Water Release: Water Bomb Technique Rank: D Official Description: A simple technique. Satoshi flips through hand-seals; Dragon, Tiger, and Hare, before releasing his water chakra out through his throat, in a rock-sized orb that explodes in large amounts of chakra-infused water on impact. It moves silently and fast, allowing him to immediately rush forward to engage the enemy with his lightning-infused weapons and fists/feet for extra, extremely painful damage. Weapons/Tools: Satoshi has two pouches, wrapped around both thighs, containing his standard ninja equipment; lengths of ninja-wire, along with neatly and efficiently stacked kunai and shuriken. He also have a few smoke pellets to use for surprise attacks, although he tend to rely on his stealth when ambushes are on the mind. He has no large weapon, although a sharp, easily-concealable tanto, wrapped in dark cloth, is tied to the back of his waist. Weaknesses/Strengths: His strengths are, obviously, the things that he learned in the remedial classes of the 'failure academy'. While most believe that those whom fail or are kicked out of the standard Academy are useless losers, it's actually the opposite. They learn composure, silence, stealth, and the bloody, gritty combat that you would find in a warzone, rather than an academy's classroom. His main strengths rely mostly on close-combat techniques; give him a kunai or two, and the enemy will lie before him in cold blood. His style is basically relied on steel, speed, and grit. Take them out before they can see you, and if that isn't possible, eviscerate the Hell out of them. While other ninja would stand there calling out their 'powerful technique', Satoshi had already rolled behind them, his kunai finding purchase within the soft flesh of their neck. Similarly, he has a standard chakra-pool and sharp, tightly-welded chakra-control, allowing him to use quite a few jutsu without losing too much chakra. Regardless, he sticks to the less-flashy, more efficient jutsu and combat techniques, which is where his weakness comes through. He heavily dislikes using large, area-consuming and chakra-burning techniques like the Great Fire-Ball Jutsu, and his training doesn't cover such things, meaning that, while he has an edge over other ninjas due to his lethal, stealthy skills, when it comes to pure ninjutsu, he's on the losing end unless he can get close, or poison/take them out from afar. Basically, he hasn't learned any large, flashier jutsu, although the recent realization of his Storm Release Kekkai Genkai easily changes this. - Prodigal in high-speed taijutsu and weapons combat. - Budding ninjutsu prodigy, with his sharp, controlled chakra, and rather large chakra pool. - Stealth expert, and intelligent.

Personal Information

Personality: Personality-wise, you will probably need to meet him. However, it is evident that he is incredibly competent, determined, hard-working, and rather apathetic as well. He doesn't lack emotions, as he tends to show respect to anyone that he thinks deserves it - especially authorative figures, and can show semblances of kindness to those that treats him with respect. However, to those that he simply doesn't like, Satoshi is merciless and cold - colder than what he is usually, that is. Blood or gore doesn't seem to shock him, as if he's seen it all before, or have planned to see it. His face is generally blank and stoic, as if he's deliberately trying to hide his emotions, with his eyes sharp. He tends to think on the more logical side of things, and due to his grit and upbringing in 'boot camp', he talks in an clear and blunt manner, never allowing his emotions to get the best of him. In combat, Satoshi is all serious and no-game, although he is quite like this outside of combat as well. His eyes are constantly pegging and taking apart the enemy for weaknesses, and his body seems to be able to keep up with his sharp, fast mind, allowing him to come up with strategies and tactics on the spot. He can get annoyed when plans doesn't go according to, well, plan, but he tries not to show it. Tends to use militaristic terms for things, and can sometimes confuse people with his tactics - which includes, as well, militaristic terms. Backstory: Satoshi's history doesn't contain any sort of dramatization or theatrics. He was born as a relatively average boy, with a very troublesome, rebellious streak. His reasons for joining the Academy and becoming a ninja was basic and idiotic; he wanted to become the strongest, so that women will love him and he can get all of the money in the world. Sadly, as he grew up, this dream didn't shift, and his entire clan were disgruntled with him. Life in the Academy was hard; he didn't pay attention, always had a sarcastic, idiotic outburst, and basically didn't learn anything practical. It was when he was ten, did things get serious. He was told to 'straighten up, or be punished' by the teachers. He didn't listen, continued playing around and being stupid. It didn't work. He was sent to the remedial class, which is, let me tell you, a very, very brutal and hard version of teh Academy - a place where losers went after they had to drop out of the standard, 'elite' curriculum. There, his idiotic immaturity and obnoxiousness was stomped out of him. For every smart remark? 100 pushups. Every outburst? 100 pushups. Every prank? 100 pushups. Thing were serious, and his classmates were tailored into ninja with him. He could still remember the words his instructor uttered at him the fourth day there. "We," The large man had growled out, "Are the cannon-fodder. We are the layabouts. WE, are the ones that die first in these 'fairy-tails'. The other shinobi? They are the Elite. They are the ones that blossom with their flashy jutsu and their silly outfits. We are the ones that are hired to take out the opposing bandit ring. We are the ones that intercept the smuggling traffickers. WE, are the ones that skulk through the shadows, mud and grit on our faces as we crawl through caves and ditches to get behind enemy lines, and take every. single. one of those bastards out. You threw away the easy, 'elite' life back when you decided to become a failure!'. Those words scarred him, and he blossomed in the remedial classes. While the other, 'better' students were learning about history, Satoshi and his classmates were out in the Training Fields, crawling through tar with only their fingertips and palms. They were the ones doing pullups, with only their chakra-enhanced feet allowing them to stick to the bark. They were the ones that was put through the ringer, in hands-on taijutsu and kunai combat that ended with bloody noses, bloody dreams, and even bloodier bodies. They were the soldiers, and the 'failures', apparently. It was only when it became his time to graduate, did he put away his dark blue bandana and jumpsuit in favor of his dark colored shinobi garb and leaf-green battle vest. Allies: Konohagakure, and his clan. Enemies: Any enemies of Konoha.

Megumi Sugimoto

Generic Information

Name: Megumi Sugimoto Age: 15 Birthplace: Sugimoto Estate (On the southern border of the Land of Fire) Clan: The Sugimoto clan was a clan who mostly sought to resolve any conflict with their supperior genjutsu. Having some of the strongest genjutsu in the world they were a clan who thought highly of themselves and had the pride to go along with it. Compared to the Uchiha or other big clans they weren't nearly as popular or even well known, seeing as they lived on the outer edges of the land of fire avoiding being involved with anything to do with the world for the most part. Due to this not all of their secrets were revealed to the world, and some wonder if even the Hokage knew all there was to know. Sadly though it wouldn't seem to matter. Fifteen years ago the Two-tailed Bijuu destroyed the entire Sugimoto estate killing off nearly all of them, and those that it didn't kill died from severe injuries within weaks, all but one. Combat Information

Kekkei Genkai: Kagami yo-me (Mirror World Eye) is the Doujutsu of the Sugimoto clan. Through this ocular jutsu the Sugimoto clan invoke their superior Genjutsu which allows them to psychologically ruin their opponents in an instant at the highest levels. Chakra Nature: Wind Techniques: Kagami yo-me: The D-S rank Doujutsu of the Sugimoto clan. The time this Jutsu takes to take affect depends on the level at which the user is at: D rank: 2 seconds of eye contact, C rank: 1.5 seconds of eye contact, B rank: 1 second of eye contact, A rank: .5 seconds of eye contact, S rank: Instantaneous. After the Jutsu takes effect on a victim the user can cast any form of genjutsu on the victim that they are currently capable of. Whether it's using an already existing Genjutsu or creating a false reality of their own making. The strength and durability of the genjutsu depends on the level of the user and also if the user tries to do too much with the ability at a low level the victim will likely be able to get out of the genjutsu easily. At this moment Megumi is at a C rank for this technique. Weapons/Tools: Senbon which are hidden and coated in a narcotic hallucinogen. Weaknesses/Strengths: Skilled in Taijutsu Naturally gifted in Genjutsu due to her Kekkei Genkai Suffers from major depression and is prone to panic attacks which is all due to being alone her entire life and anyone she seems to know despises her or has nothing to do with her. Isn't very good at ninjutsu though this is partially due to not being taught anything.

Personal Information

Personality: Megumi tries to be happy and optimistic, but normally this is always shattered by her eternal loneliness or someone putting her down in one way or another, never the less Megumi keeps on trying to be positive no matter how many panic attacks she has or how hurt she feels emotionally. Backstory: Megumi Sugimoto was born into the Sugimoto clan. A clan which seemed to be unrivaled in Genjutsu. This didn't seem to help her clan when the Two-tailed Bijuu came after them. Basically wiping out Megumi's entire clan and what little did survive the attack dieing off from severe injuries. Being at the time one of the few survivors and nothing to really lose Megumi was chosen to be the Jinchuuriki for the newly captured Two-tailed Bijuu. Megumi grew up having the hopes of becomimg a ninja and hopefully making friends finally, but she was denied this by the Hokage. So instead Megumi practiced her Taijutsu in secret developing a high speed, and her own free-styled Taijutsu determined to become a ninja. While training she eventually awakened her Kekkei Genkai which is something that everyone in her bloodline obtains it's just a matter of when. Once she began learning how to use this on non Shinobi within the village she was able to practice it more and more as well. Eventually the Hokage found out what Megumi was doing though and decided to place her on a squad to try and make use of her as a weapon, since of course she was nothing else... Allies: Anyone who doesn't treat her like trash. Enemies: Anyone who wants to harm her, or anyone she considers an allie.

Claws of the White Tiger

Generic Information

Name: Oukami Anei Age: Sixteen Birthplace: Unknown, Presumed to be Konoha Clan: The Oukami clan is relatively small compared to other great clans, but have at least a handful spread in many of the other villages. Most of this is madeup of the fact that many of their members are orphans adopted from their respected villages, or children bred by said adopted orphans. A people whose origins were rooted in betrayal, they are raised to lie and cheat, and while they may pledge allegiance to their respective homes, their final loyalty stands with their family. As such, the clan is often taught at a young age to think ahead, to plan routes that will in the end help more than harm their people, if not affect them at all. Though they do not have any Kekkai Genkai to be known of, much less known at all by the populous, their line has become famous for trickery and lies. Weight/Height: 100lbs/5'4 Squad: Squad Two

Combat Information

Kekkei Genkai: N/A Chakra Nature: Water Release Techniques: Anei has learned the standard Academy techniques including shunshin, and is currently being trained to learn Suiton: Teppōdama Weapons/Tools: Anei carries the standard ninja tools and is especially adept at the wire and senbon, but has been trained as a(n even younger) child to use his own hands. His nails have been sharpened and he has several hidden packs of poison on his body which he can easily stab into, thus making his own hands poisonous. It's troublesome to use when he has a cold, let me tell ya-- For emergencies sake, he carries two small knives on him, one hidden on his right leg, and another on his left arm. Weaknesses/Strengths: Due to much practice, Anei has gotten adept with sleight of hand and lying, and has managed to slowly work it up so that even by simple body movements he can make himself "disappear" while actually simply tricking the eye. His stamina is not one to be joked about either, spending many days nonstop jogging to keep himself at tiptop shape, making up for his slightly smaller chakra pool. Although his chakra pool is much smaller, he makes good use of what he has, careful only to use it when he feels the need, otherwise using tricks or bukijutsu and taijutsu to help himself. Along with others in his family, he's been trained at acupuncture, and is slowly becoming more and more accurate with his needles but is obviously heavily reliant on his nails and close combat. He, noticeably, is also rather petite and while it makes for swifter movements and he's handy with his claws, would be quite easy to literally break in half.

Personal Information

Personality: Anei is the poster person for averageness. He laughs in crowds and is silent when the situation calls for it, his eyes and ears sharp in social cues. He's very easy to befriend, as his interests seem to always match with yours, and just when you want to introduce him to your friends, you realize too late that you never knew his name and that whatever he said was always whatever you said, but just worded differently. He's not exciteable to say the least, but is very good at faking it, and is also very good at faking solemness or respect. There's not a trace about him that reeks of untrustworthiness, his small and simple presence almost a relief to be around. Anei always smiles when he can basically, and is a generally happy kid, but it's obvious when his family is mentioned or if he's in front of them he's a bit more professional- which is kinda backwards but hey. Backstory: The earliest memory Anei has of his past is crying when he skinned his knee after being pushed aside and having his dinner stolen. He was a doorstep baby, raised by the orphanage and though many past memories of his melted into a haze, this one memory is the clearest. He was adopted at the age of four, along with two others a year older than him, by the Oukami family. It was then that his life truly started. Upon arrival at his new home, he was greeted by a decently sized family, and for the first year he had fun and felt loved. Even the other kids he'd been adopted with, who had once bullied and pushed him around in the orphanage due to his size, ended up becoming close friends. When he was five, he and his two "siblings" were taken to the basement. This was a mystical place, for in the year they had lived, people always went to the basement to train, coming up exhausted but with smiles so kind. So, obviously, the kids were excited. Arriving at the basement, the three found four other children their age, with eyes as wide and curious as theirs, locked into a room. They spent some time in there, a long time, and soon the basement felt more a prison than a room of wonder. All attempts of escape were found futile, and soon tears started to be shed, some complaining about hunger. When this started, a stranger opened the door and beat them into silence. This continued for how long, the children fed only water, and only if they answered questions that were similar to the lines of, "Who in the Oukami clan gives the warmest hugs?" that slowly lead up to, "Who in the Oukami clan is worth dying for?" The children, who had been so thoroughly loved before, used these questions to remember the warmth, always answering one or two people before agreeing with the conclusion that "All of them, everyone is worth dying for". It seemed like ages before their first experience at the basement ended, and they learned why everyone always looked so exhausted and happy- it was a relief to see the familiar kind and loving faces instead of the large stranger that beat them. Training continued in this way, and when Anei was eight, he and his "siblings" were given their weapons, Anei's involving senbon and poison. Creative boy he was, he suggested the use of his nails, to which his family lauded him on and supported him, giving him nail files to sharpen his claws, training him for a fitting regime. In the basement, his training escalated as well. As he continued to grow, he was forced to read through scrolls about acupuncture points in the body, and to practice with increasing speeds at slashing at a dummy. The stranger changed every few months, so that Anei never got comfortable enough with one, each of their regimens varying in degrees of pain. One of them was a man who enjoyed torture, and when Anei was twelve, he was the one that said for every strike against the dummy that Anei missed, he would have a needle struck into one of his pressure points, to send inside him pain. Anei got much better at using his claws after that. With age obviously comes the need to go to school, and when Anei did so, his basement trainings refocused on loyalty. When being whipped from the back, the strangers would ask him personal questions- no more of warm hugs, but more about if so-and-so had done something or if Anei had ever caught whatsherface doing another thing. They were all truths that Anei had learned to deny or agree, his mind being melded to find a way to cause the least damage to his family. He learned this lesson after his first mistake, admitting that he had in fact seen dubious documents in his auntie's room, to which the lashing he received was so rattling he accidentally recieved a killer scar under his left eye. Thankfully it didn't damage his sight, but he was taken out of the basement afterwards, coddled by the very aunt he had outed. Immediately a rush of shame overflowed him- how could he have betrayed her like that?- and it was then that his loyalty to Oukami was fortified. His basement trainings afterwards lightened up on the loyalty training, focusing more on poison, Anei training by lying in bed and intaking a number of his specified poison in small doses, hoping to train him into not dying by his own hand. At the moment, Anei resumes poison and loyalty training, the latter during only every few months or so. He still gets a bit of a numb sensation if he accidentally intakes his poison, but at least doesn't straight up pass out and vomit like the first time around. Allies: His loyalty will always stand with the Oukami clan, but will also become an ally to any who ask of it. It is more whimsical, his allegiance with others, able to turn on you in mere seconds after finishing a deal. He is more likely to be loyal if he's made to sign an actual agreement instead of just saying it out loud. Enemies: Anyone who stands against his ally.

Name: Tadashi Matsumoto Age: 15 Birthplace: Kohonagakure Clan: Matsumoto Weight/Height: 150/5'10" Squad: Squad 3

Combat Information

Rank: Genin Kekkei Genkai: Metal Release: The Matsumoto clan utilize this unique chakra nature that allows them to manipulate, form, and become metal. Their hiden technique "Organic Metal Transformation" is the base for most of their jutsu. These ninja don't have to bring weapons with them because they can create them at any time. Chakra Nature: Metal Techniques: All of the Academy techniques, including Shunshin, plus.... Organic Metal Transformation Rank: C Hand seals: Monkey - Boar - Ram The base technique for Metal Release. It's allows the user to become metal, but not ordinary metal. The metal acts as skin, bones, almost like a protective covering. Except the user loses no speed, agility, etc. Which is why this technique is so versatile. This ability enhances the user strength and endurance. (Think of Colossus) Metal Construct Rank: D Hand seals: None The user creates weapons or tools out of metal. The bigger the construct, the more chakra it takes. Can be used in conjunction with Organic Metal Transformation to create weapons attached to the user's body. For example: Tadashi creates metal spikes protruding from his body to ward of physical attacks. Weapons/Tools: He can make his own. Weaknesses/Strengths: Tadashi is a Tai-ninjutsu specialist. He is best in close to mid range combat. He has trained his body to be as fast and strong as possible. His speed and agility is what is most astounding about his fighting style. One would think that when his whole body is as hard as metal, he would be slower, but that is not the case. He is also naturally adept in kenjutsu, mostly because his clan makes and utilized a wide variety of weapons. His final strength is his strategic mind. In combat, Tadashi is patient and calculating. He utilizes analytical skills to out smart and out think his opponents. Tadashi has very precise chakra control but an average chakra pool. He lacks long ranged attacks and his Organic Metal Transformation has a weakness. While in this form, if he is exposed to extreme heat and then extreme coldness, it can cause the Jutsu to be broken.

Personal Information

Personality: Tadashi Matsumoto is a kind, outgoing young man. He loves to make friends, and takes friendship very seriously. He also very strong-hearted, meaning that he fights for what he believes in and won't let anyone waver his beliefs. Tadashi is a determined genin, ambitious to the core. He wants to be the best ninja around and he will do anything to be one. The young man is not ruse though, in fact he is very respectful. He acknowledges when he is outmatched, and he knows his limits. Tadashi is also a bright young man, probably one of Kohona's brightest, besides the Naras of course. The teenager is a master strategist and analyst. Tadashi just wants to do what's right, and live and adventurous and prosperous life. Backstory: Tadashi was born into the Matsumoto clan's head family. His father, Daisuke, and his mother, Ayame, ruled the clan since the day he was born. Growing up he had a lot of expectations to live up to. He always looked up to his father, with whom he bonded with the strongest. The young boy would train with his father whenever he had a chance, he was a determined young kid. He became ambitious, knowing that one day he would rule his clan, he strived for greatness. Graduating form the academy was a great achievement for him, one step closer to his goal. Tadashi will continue to strive for greatness all through out his ninja journey, and you can bet that he will never give up!
