I can't believe I missed this. Three days late but fuck it.

Jokes on you buddy, I live in a free state. A real one, not that fake freedom that California has. I can buy a gun off the street from a complete stranger, then openly walk around with it locked and loaded completely license free and I will not be breaking any laws.

I intended to see the movie from the beginning. The humor looked great and I'm a huge Lego fan myself. I've moved all over the western US and never once considered tossing my Legos. Shame on you Dervs. I've also discovered that my collection of Bionicles is quite valuable.

Then they have the stupid stylistic choices of having the bare hand (which in the original, was blown off rather graphically by a shotgun) and then the fucking black armour. Really?

It's actually quite good. I'm a fan of the original myself, but I didn't go in expecting a bunch of fan service. It's a reboot, not a remake after all. I'm disappointed it wasn't rated R but whateves.

They put a lot of emphasis on Murphy's struggle to remain in control of his actions and prove that he is still human while Omnicorp does it's best to remain in control of what it considers to be its product. And his family plays into the story a lot more in this one. Personally, I never felt bad for Murphy in the first one because I don't recall ever seeing his family. They do a better job of making him relatable now. Well, after he gets blown up. He was kind of a douche when he was normal.

I'm not sure why black armor is such a big deal though. It actually makes sense honestly. Cops in the us wear black or dark blue, so why shouldn't Robocop? If it makes you feel better, they eventually make him the original color.

GAIZ! Srsly. Go see Robocop.

Unfortunately it's missing one of the most iconic parts of the original, but it's still pretty damn good in its own right. And I mean DAMN good!

I personally think it makes more sense if you guys come up with a reason for your characters to be in the same place at the same time instead of chasing after Nova or members of Nova. Chasing them puts you in direct conflict with them and it's just weird when you all of a sudden pull a one eighty and decide to work with them instead. I don't know what the context of the next mission will be, but if I were in your position I would figure out what it is and come up with a reason for your characters to be there. Only because introducing your character now will likely feel like a bit of a rush job.
But that's just what I would want to do.

I've had writers block myself as well, in addition to RL stuff both good and bad. Dealing with the logistics of moving again, but at least my new place will have internet so maybe I can finally take part in TES: GTAV edition. Also started working on getting an airsoft load out put together and actually went airsoft img for the first time since the fire just yesterday. Never felt more alive.
