Hey, Ayden, going to do ability ratings soon? :P

I'm tempted to say that some of the reasons for this decision would become more obvious during early play. For now, let's just note that the turian a) has little to no leadership experience to speak of (well, I'll have to check with Ampharos as to whether she ever led a team, but I'd assume an assassin her expertise was more in sneaking around and actual combat) and b) took part in an extremist anti-government conspiracy. Not really an improvement over putting a levelheaded krogan mercenary in charge. :P
...ha. I can definitely fit that in with what I have planned. :P But by this point it'd probably be best if you joined after the first mission. Still, feel free to develop the concept in the meantime.
Ekirei, it looks fine, though you don't have to add the "pts." :P Oh, and you also forgot to assign ratings to your keywords. It may make sense to give those the higher ratings, though it's by no means necessary. He is after all a rather atypical vorcha, and not your average Sentinel either, so it may make sense that it's his other qualities that really shine through.

One thing that occurred to me. It's technically an IC matter that is going to come up at some point early in the game, but I feel it may be best if I consulted with you about it beforehand in OOC. I think your team may need a leader. While ideally all the PCs would have some input over your chosen courses of action, a leader would act as a "party face" when necessary, speaking for the whole group, and may be contacted by the Director more often (though the briefings/debriefings would still involve the entire party). Whether the leader will have any special authority or responsibilities beyond that is largely up to you, but I think it may add an interesting added dimension of play to have the possibility of the leader pulling rank and the others resisting him just lying out there.

In any case, the Project's preference for leader is fairly obvious: Quash Vayex, who after all had been a second in command over a mercenary group. is older than the rest of you combined and has been fighting for most of that time. And his general level-headedness should help too.

Are there any OOC objections to this?
Right. I'm just a bit confused since I thought the game being in this section would imply it having more in the way of dice rolls and stats and such? Though I'm not sure if it's a strict requirement.

Do you have a particular setting in mind?
Not yet certain if I'll join, but I did love Long Live the Queen...

Do you have any mechanics in mind?

Would we play both the nanny and the princess?

Do you expect it to have a multiplayer component, i.e. the princesses in question interacting in some ways?
I'm assuming Damo01 is almost finished, so I'll try and speed things along towards the next stage: Ability Ratings.

First, assign a starting rating of 17 to any one ability (keywords, i.e. species and class, included) that you consider the most important to your character. All other abilities and keywords start at 13.

Next, you have 20 points to spend on any and all of your abilities and keywords. 1 point raises the rating by 1. You can spend up to 10 on any one ability. If you go over 20, you get a Mastery, which means the rating loops around and becomes 1M (if and when during play you will get to 20M, the next step will give you 20M2). Masteries are really, really awesome. More on that later.

You should also rate your flaws in order of importance, or the level of hindrance you expect them to provide to your character. The first rated flaw will have the same rating as your highest ability; the second flaw will have the same rating as your second highest ability; the third one will have the same rating as your lowest ability.

And lastly, you start out with 3 Hero Points. Hero Points are also pretty awesome. They're like... fate points to help you get out of trouble and XP all at once, so have fun figuring out what to spend them on during play and in between missions. You can't use them during character creation though, so don't ask.

I think this is simple enough. When you're done I will put your sheets up on a googledoc, for ease of use.
I think we might be able to get a fourth guy on board. But he was a bit unsure about the "no arms" thing. :P Presumably he still can have those if he wants though, just not as a default thing?
I was thinking of 08th MS Team, which seems closer to that. :P Anyway, that does sound good to me.
So... kind of Gundam-esque, in terms of mechs and how they work and how powerful they are?
It'd help if you had a bit more details on what you have in mind.

Setting, power levels, that kind of thing.
