Jayden eyes Destin over before replying. "Because, we found the Rabin healer on our side of the river." He flicks his tail as he speaks. "She told me to get you, and then we're going back to camp." Jayden personally wanted to deal with this and go on the opposite side of where Elauna would end up going. Being around her was mentally draining.
Jayden follows the trail back to camp. He could make out Destin's scent as he moved through the trees. "Hmm, so Aya was telling the truth." He spoke his thoughts aloud as he makes his way to the healer. "Destin? Where are you?" He calls out, hoping to run into him. "Come here please. We need to go find Elauna."
Jayden narrows his eyes slightly at Aya, but nods. "Very well. You need to mind the territories, Rabin." He shoots a look at Elauna before heading towards where Aya motioned. He sniffs the air to see if he could catch wind of the small healer. "Destin, why do you have to be like this?" He mutters to himself.
Jayden scoffs at Elauna's claim. He knew she was lying, or at least trying to justify her actions. He wasn't going to have it. Instead of arguing though, he follows after her. At the sound of the impact he picks up his pace. He eyes Aya and then Elauna. "What is going on here? Why are you passed your border?" He looks down at Aya, much larger than her.
"Killing others doesn't make you superior. It makes you a murderer." Jayden shrugs passively, not intimidating by her show of ego. "But whatever makes you feel good about yourself." He continues after her silently. His eyes follow her figure as they near the rushing water. He just wanted to go back into the forest on his own at this rate.
"You're acting like you're my superior! You don't just get to have my respect if you think I'll tolerate this." Jayden flashes back, digging his claws into the ground. "Your threats don't scare me." He walks after her and watches her angrily.
Jayden snarls and places his large paws on her chest to shove her off. "Chill the fuck out, Elauna." He collects himself and looks at her with irritation clouding his gaze. Jayden was usually patient with his firey groupmates, but Elauna was being too aggressive. "You act like Destin is dead. He's probably just collecting herbs." Jayden's tail lashes as he pads ahead of her.
Jayden turned his head to follow the coarse Healer. "Sure, I guess." He shrugged off her harsh tone and rose to follow her. He bounded forward and met her as they left the camp. "Where to?" He asked, as they moved along.
Jayden padded into camp in his mountain lion form. His tail flicked lazily as he headed to a fire to it next two. His eyes gazed around at the empty clearing and he wondered where everyone was. It wasn't that late in the day, was it?
Arthur's stomach felt as if it were flipped upside down as he watched Misha struggle. "There's no use in wasting your energy. This will be a long process... if you can last." He gripped his clipboard once more and eyed Misha's reaction. After a second he turns to his superior and looks at her expectantly. "Okay, now what?" He taps the board anxiously as he waits for her answer.
