Hunter looks at Brianna expectanly. He wanted her to decide as Ambrose did have a point in regards to his wings. As she directs him he nods in response. He then moves to secure the doors and any other point of exit that Ambrose could exploit. After a moment he decides it's squared away and turns to help with the boy.
Hunter looked pleased as Ambrose finally gave in. "Excellent!" He says, putting his arms behind his back in an at ease stance. His eyes watched the boy intently as he waited for Brianna to continue one the procedure.
Hunter nods in satisfaction. "I think that'll do it. We should... mess with his senses. You know, because of echolocation?" He glances to his colleague expectantly. He could feel how exhausted Ambrose was growing. It was only a matter of time before they lost him. "That isn't too bad on him, since we're supposed to keep him alive." He adds that last bit in to make sure Brianna didn't think he was growing soft. "So?'
Hunter nods but doesn't audibly reply to Brianna's command. He pressed the circle in a different spot on the same arm. He was sure it didn't budge as Ambrose thrashed. "I think a few more should do it. We should move on to the next step in a few minutes." He comments, watching the flesh burn.
Hunter waits for Brianna to finish taunting before pressing the circle on the boy's arm, despite his struggles. "You can't go anywhere. The more you move, the more this will hurt you." The scientist shrugs at Ambrose's acts of defiance. They were growing weaker and farther in between. Soon enough the boy would probably give up, or pass out form the pain. Hunter didn't care which. He'd done things like this, and worse, countless times. It all becomes the same as the years piled up.
Hunter nods as Brianna explains. "Sounds good. I think we'll start with the circle? Unless you want to use that heart." He grasps the metal prong with the circle. "Otherwise I'll continue. I'm thinking the arm next."
Hunter steps back as she snaps the photo, and nods. He watches Ambrose as Brianna goes to heat the metal pieces. "Hope you're enjoying our hospitality," He says politely, grasping the rod in his fist. "You're our welcomed guest!" The man then chuckles slightly at his sarcasm. He enjoyed this line of work too much.
Hunter takes the rod in hand and nears the boy once more. "Careful now, wouldn't want to hurt you." He says, voice cold. He holds the tool upwards and presses it against Ambrose's left cheek, hearing the flesh sizzle as it was burned. "Don't struggle too much or I might end up pressing it in the wrong spot!" He smirks.
Hunter nods and paces in front of Ambrose again, deep in thought. "Why not on his pretty little face to start with?" He motions towards the boy, glancing at Brianna. "We can do other parts like on the arm, and leg afterwards." He continues on. Hunter comes to a stop next to Brianna and eyes the bunsen with a dangerous glint in his eye.
Hunter looks at Brianna with a hint of surprise. "Not bad! We should definitely experiment with that. Whaddya say, Amby?" He asks mockingly, standing in front of the boy. "It'll just be great! A nice experience." The tall scientist was feeling extra cruel today, due to this subject's acts of defiance.
