"Yes, that sounds-" Hunter frowns as the shifter begins screaming. "Here we go," he rolls his eyes and looks expectantly at Brianna. "Do we give himna break and go check on our other subjects? Or does the Boss have more to do." He asks.
Hunter lets Ambrose fall to the floor and wipes his hands together. "Hmm." He turns to face Brianna and looks at her. "Where do we go with this information? Pretty vague..." he says, mostly to himself. "What all do we have on Ambrose?"
"Who took Ptelea?" Hunter asks. "In a car? Was there a liscense plate? Where were you at?" He asks, trying to get all he could out of Ambrose. He continues to ignore Brianna. "Give me one more moment," he hisses.
"I had to. For your mother's sake." Hunter says, taking him by the arms. "I had to make her comfortable." He plays along, trying to keep his attention. "Why did you leave? Where did Ptelea go after you left?" He ignores Brianna, intent on the task. The subject was responding decently.
"Mom isn't dying. Why can't she remember?" Hunter plays along with Ambrose's frantic worrying, hoping to get good information out of him. "Where's Ptelea sleeping at, Ambrose?" He makes his voice comforting in hopes the dazed Ambrose would trust him enough to answer openly.
Hunter nods as she replied to him. "Very well. I'll have to be if we want at that sister of his. She could definitely be the last piece." He stands up straight and approaches Ambrose. "What are we lying about, my dear Ambrose?" He asks, looking at the boy. "We obviously know something happened to Ptelea."
Brianna feels warmed by Hunter's small smile for just a moment. The warmth disappears when Ambrose takes the paper and pen. She sighs and crossly pulls out another pen from her pocket. It was a good thing she usually kept a few extras on her. She taps the pen to her lips thoughtfully. "I wonder what this all means? Most subjects we've encountered have spent time away from home. So many mysteries to the mind and memories." She picks up the paper and doodles a chubby parrot. "Ptelea is the name of the subject's sister." she explains to Hunter and then gestures towards Ambrose. "Vivisection is rarely my field, although I do relish the results of what you achieve. As someone of that background, what do you make of this display?"

"I don't usually get to be around them when they're given substances. He probably lost the sister? Something related to the out doors. Interesting." He crosses his arms as they watch Ambrose mcFreaking lose it. "Do you think going after the sister would be... beneficial?" He eyes Brianna as he spoke lowly. "Ptelea."
"A good handful. They don't usually end up... pretty, as one would desrcibe. But it's all for the cause, no doubt." Hunter watches Ambrose thrash about, losing his mental grip. He glances at the clipboard and smiles smally. "Nice, that looks about right. I wonder why swamp monsters?" He then crosses his arms. "Most of my procedures are of the... vivisection type."
"That's what I'm here for." Hunter makes eye contact with Brianna and nods curtly. "These shifters can be unpredictable, regardless of age or animal type."
Hunter steps back as Ambrose is injected. He watches quietly as the boy watched Brianna.
