Toxx you can have my spot if you like. You and boredbrain seem to want to start up something, and I'm not even sure what kind of character I want to use yet. I don't want to stand around taking space while being indecisive.
You need to space out your words a little bit. Just hit enter and separate your sentences so that each point is clear. It'll make your CS a bit easier to read and cause less eye strain.

As for the history itself, it doesn't really make much sense to me. These abilities everyone haven't been inserted into them, it's just something that "triggers" when their mind looses grip with their sanity. But I do like your premise. Feel free to disregard my suggestions, but maybe the doctor's experiments weren't to give her powers, but to attempt to make the "perfect girl". Maybe he would force plastic surgery on your character and put you through strict lessons of etiquette. And whenever you refused to cooperate he would punish you by locking in you a freezer for several hours until you were willing to cooperate. This over the course of weeks or months could easily push somebody over the edge. I also think it would tie the theme together nicely if you used your ice powers to kill him but that's inserting myself a bit too much into your work methinks.

But remember that I'm not the GM, so the final say is entirely up to Inuyasha.
I may throw my hat into the circle. How involved will the original titans be in this? Honestly, I'd prefer if we had our own turf to look after rather then leaning too much on the originals, but it isn't a deal breaker.

@Watermelon Tango: I love it. CS looks great, and I would approve it... you just have to go a little more detail in his characteristics of insanity. I just want to know what he'll do if his routine gets interrupted. Sure it maybe basic as a violent fit, but I still would like some formal confirmation.

Mostly he'll get progressively more aggravated and impulsive. It's not so much that going out of routine makes him angry, it just makes him a lot more likely to react unpredictably. He's spent the vast majority of his life getting used to living alone, and it's taken him several years to get used to living in an asylum. Routine is what he's used to and it's what helps him feel grounded.
Name: Baryl (AKA Barry) "Changling" O'Connor

Appearance:

Anything different from picture above?: The skin under his heavy clothing is scarred, as his power has the price of leaving scars behind.

Magic Power: By making physical contact with physical matter, Barry can mimic it's properties. For example, he could touch metal with his hand and have his hand become steel, stone, wood, rubber, ice, pillows, etc. Changing generally increases his strength depending on the durability of the substance, but he can gain whole new abilities depending on what he has copied. For example, copying rubber would give him the ability to stretch. Since the facility is mostly made of steel and concrete, Barry needs to get creative if he wants to use anything else.

How he/she became insane: Isolation. Barry has spent long amounts of time alone in the wilderness of Canada. He had parents who once lived with him, but at the age of 10 they had left to scavenge for food they did not return. Barry hunted, scavenged, and otherwise depended on himself and himself alone since his parents had vanished. In the absence of human interaction Baryl had turned to creating sculptures. He would collect many different minerals from the earth to create with. He paid attention to all the unique qualities; he could basically taste the difference between slate and granite. Barry had practically mastered the art of sculpting by dedicating so much time to it. He was discovered alone in his shack 15 years since his parents had died, and at that point Barry couldn't properly socialize with human beings and didn't properly comprehend the english language.

Insanity Traits: Baryl doesn't have many violent tendencies, but he's dependent on routine. Without it he gets impatient and fidgety, which can lead to more if he's separated from it for too long. He has a certain thing he enjoys doing at certain times, and he gets cagey if someone interferes with that. He enjoys quiet and can't stand noisy individuals. If you want to make Barry angry at you, the best way to do it is to invade his personal space or his cell without his permission. Invasions of Barry's privacy often ends badly.

Backstory/History: Baryl was born in the thick of Canadian wilderness to a small family living a good distance away from civilization. He lived a simple life as a child. He was to take care of himself and to thrive in the wilderness. However, his parents had intended to move away from the wild and to condition Barry to live in society when he became older. They vanished just days before they were scheduled to leave for America, so Barry spent the next 15 years of his life living on his lonesome until he was discovered by hikers and forcefully removed from his peaceful existence in his home to the chaos of an insane asylum.

Personality: Calm, quiet, attentive, patient, stubborn, antisocial ,easily annoyed,

How long has your character been in Smile Asylum?: 10 years

Trinkets: A small set of stone sculptures Barry had created while he was in the wilderness. Whenever he encountered anything new (such as a fox, a wold, coyotes, bears, birds, etc.) he would immediately turn to sculpting it before he had forgotten about it. All of his sculptures represent a memory he's had of living alone.
This looks like a great time. I'm certainly interested in either the pilot or tech specialist roles. I never get to drive the big spaceship in these RPs.
*Name: Ghave, Guru of Spores (I beleive it's pronounced "Gha-vey", but I might be mistaken)

*Universe: Magic the Gathering

*Appearance:

*Personality: Ghave is a very calm individual under most circumstances. Before the war between his kind and humans he would mend the wounds of anyone who showed up to his home, but watching his bretheren die at the hands of humans has made him somewhat wary of mammal-kind. It is unknown how old he is or even if he is even male since Mycoids don't have a concept of gender. He sometimes has difficulty relating to other species due to his unique nature of a plant construct, but he makes an effort to empathize with others as he believes that is the role of a shaman.

*Powers/Skills: As a Shaman Ghave is gifted in healing and magic that pertains to life... and death. His main strength lies in being able to absorb and otherwise manipulate organic matter. He can absorb food and dead matter in order to bolster his own strength and vitality, but he can also shed excess pounds in order to create saprolings, the youngest and most basic form of Mycoloid, as servants and helpers. Saprolings on their own are very weak, but often are made in large numbers. His mystical influence over plant life allows him to manipulate and shape his mycoloid brothers with ease.

Ghave's other abilities fit mainly in the supportive role. He can quickly regenerate his own body as long as he has access to the available nutrients. He can also use his regenerative abilities on other life forms at a similar expense of food, but thankfully the definition of food to a fungus is very loose. He can also grant his own life force to allies to bolster their strength and energy, but the same limitations apply.

As a Shaman Ghave also naturally sensitive to the spiritual. Generally this means sensing the presence of ghosts and spirits and communicating with them.

*Brief Bio: Ghave is a member of a race known as Mycoloids, an intelligent fungus species that inhabits the plane of Dominia. This race existed peacefully in the fungal forests of the land of Drakkus. However, the humans of that plane were facing hard times, and they turned to Ghave's home in order to find sustenance. And find sustenance they did. The humans began consuming younger Mycoloids in what their race described as genocide. This prompted a counter attack from the forest dwellers, but the humans had access to steel and fire magics in order to repel their assault. It wasn't until Ghave entered the fight that things turned in the Mycoloid's favor. Using his abilities to bend life itself he turned his fungal brothers into an ever evolving force that eventually were able to drive the humans out of their forests to free their home once again.

Shortly after the battle as Ghave's kind celebrated their victory was when whatever strange magical force pulled him out of his home universe. He is lonesome of his kind back home and would appreciate being back home with them, but Ghave believes it may be possible to start a whole new colony of Mycoloid on this new world if he finds the suitable place for it. An advantage of reproducing via spores I suppose.

*Equipment: A simple staff that behaves as a conduit for his magical abilities. While it can be used rather easily as a bludgeoning weapon, generally it doesn't stack up well against more traditional weaponry.

*Others: Some of the details of Ghave are not strictly canon, such as his personality, simply because there isn't much to go off of. His background is completely canon, but there isn't anything else about his character I could find. I based his powers off of his card's abilities, and also off of what a lot of creature cards of his color combination are capable of doing. His personality is pretty much made up as well. I really like Ghave's design, his background and the abilities of the card itself so I made an effort to fill in the gaps myself.

This is his card for those who want to take a look: Ghave, Guru of Spores
