Just a few tips.

First, the photo in the OP might be quite misleading. This isn't a Fallout RP with furries, as far as we know. I found this photo, and it's apparently from Germany, in the region of Lower Saxony. Might be more fitting for the setting.

Second, didn't we decide on Aschenblume for the town's name? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought we wanted to go with a more authentic German name.
Do whatever feels best, and get that OOC up!
Cart, I'm worried that with you being sick and all, you might not be able to GM the RP by yourself. I'm also fearful of sounding too pushy here, but I just want to help.

I also have an idea. Instead of making up a fictional town, we could use an actual town in Germany? Using a fictional town could allow for lots of creativity, but using a real location would allow us to use maps and other sources of information for visual reference of the setting.
I've added some placemarks to the RP map, and I've updated the info on it a bit as well.
Olivia yelped in fear as the stranger put her hand on her shoulder. "Oh my God... Oh my God..." She closed her eyes as tight as she can, hoping that this was just a simple nightmare. But ultimately, it wasn't a simple nightmare. It was a terrible fact that Olivia had to get used to. Upon opening her eyes again, she saw that the stranger had put a napkin used as impromptu note paper in front of her on the table. It appeared she was mute. Olivia didn't know if she was deaf too or not. It looked like the stranger was trying to help her, but Olivia couldn't be too sure.

Olivia breathed deeply. "I want out... I just want to leave and go back home... my momma..."

Olivia continued to take deep breaths, and pulled out her smartphone. She opened up an app for taking notes, and typed into it. She then showed it to the stranger.

yes I want to leave. I don't know who you are. can I trust you?
Here's a shot inside the terminal where Olivia and Moot are right now. Remember, it's not daylight just yet. We're still in the early 4 AM stage of the day.
Olivia, with her face and hands wet with tears, looked up at the stranger sitting beside her. The stranger had very Russian features, and looked quite toned. She also had her hair cut short. Olivia guessed she was some sort of actor. Yet still, this stranger's sudden appearance made Olivia anxious. She wasn't comfortable around strangers, but Olivia held her anxiety in nonetheless. She held her hand to her chest, took 3 deep breaths, and then looked at the stranger.

"Who... who are you?" Olivia said in an anxious tone.

Just near the restaurant where Olivia was, a young boy vomited on the floor. Soldiers rushed in and forced the boy down, while his mother screamed, cried, and begged the soldiers to leave her child alone. The boy's mother was beaten to death, her screams washed out by soldiers shouting, and the boy was put down with a rifle bullet to the head. The shot rang through the terminal, and people panicked while the bodies of the young boy and his mother laid motionless on the floor. More soldiers came in to the terminal hall, and they put an end to the brief unrest by lining people up against the wall, and beating down any disobedients like they did with the boy's mother.

Olivia buried her face and hands into the table, and sobbed uncontrollably. "Oh my God... Mom... Dwayne..."
We're not having the outbreak at LA International right now. We're going to use this place for character development. However, I'll allow characters to leave as they wish. Just don't have them walk away. Exercise your creativity with some stealthy sneaking or causing a huge ruckus on the way out.
I'm going to let this one incident pass, but I don't want people to be posting in the IC thread without showing me any CS. It's in the 5th rule I stated in the OP.
It's all good, shiver.

Anyways, I've done a lot today, so I've got to get to bed.
