Jade held the letter in her fingers delicately, eyes scanning each word so carefully that it took her a solid three minutes to read the thing. Her ever shifting eyes sparkled with delight, a game she herself had asked for ages before. "Finally, a game of wit instead of strength. A chance to remind the others that we exist." Methodically, the young woman walked around her small place, packing various articles of clothing and reading materials into her baggage. She remembered to call the library where she worked to leave them a message that she wouldn't be attending work for a few days before walking out the door and locking it behind her.

The mansion before her had a spooky sort of vibe, a shiver of excitement running down her spine. As she approached the front door she spotted a small group of people speaking to each other, most likely introducing themselves. "Ehem." A naturally overlooked creature, Jade knew that if she were to be noticed she would have to speak up a little. "Excuse me, I received a letter... Have I come to the right place?" Jade's voice was fairly steady, polite as if she already knew the answer and was just asking out of formality.

((Still a work in progress but I wanted to check it with you before I went further... Especially with the Age and Class. Wasn't sure what to put their. Also, are you looking for anything specific in the Bio or is it just a breif history of the character's life?))

Race: Gargoyle
Appearance:
Class: Scholar
Ability: Hypnotic Eyes: Prolonged exposure(aka staring) can result in a trance-like state, where seconds can feel like hours. Weaker minded beings(humans) can have suggestions implanted in their minds during this time; does not work well on other supernatural beings. Effects last for only a few moments after contact with the eyes is severed, often used as a method of escape when cornered.
Camoflage: Gargoyles have a knack for hiding in plain sight, whether it be as a statue on a roof or simply standing extremely soon, they are easily overlooked when they choose to be.
Wings: Over the centuries, the need for flight has lessened considerably. Their wings can collapse into an intricate tatoo on their backs in order to keep them hidden and out of the way. This ability to hide them came at the price of functionality, only powerful enough for gliding and breaking falls from high places.

XDD Yay! You noticed. I've been great, busy with my first semester of college but I've managed. Took a little break from RPing when all of the RPs I was in died. Now I'm back and ready to rock! ...As soon as I figure out what to do for this character of mine. Hahaha, so how have you been yourself?
