He's a scout not a bounty hunter. That's atleast what I think that needs. Or a vigilante. Course it would be an interesting facet and way to get into the RP I suppose. We could try and make it work.

Yeah I know he's a scout and not a bounty hunter, however the vigilante bit is doable. Similar reason for going after the beastie but make it more personal, a friend or a friend's family... Kids even. I'm sure we can make it work if you don't have any other ideas. As much as you have RPd alone, what's the point of a group RP if you aren't apart of the group? I know I'd feel a little left out if I were in your case.

A bold move, using other people for a threat.Let's see if it plays out for him.

I hope that's not supposed to be a bad thing, hahaha.
Out of the corner of her eye Skylar kept tabs on each person who walked through the door, one seeming like normal travelers, others looked like they'd seen a few fights. None of them bothered her much so she continued to sit back and sip at her water. After a few minutes she realized she was getting hungry and decided to order something warm while she mulled over the tune in her head. Her food hadn't arrived yet when the bigger group walked through the door, ignored only by the girl with her pages, no doubt a story or journal of some type. The newcomers had a familiar vibe to them, moving like a group she had traveled with before. She didn't recognize any of them so she figured they were from a different area or not at all what she thought, but when one guy stopped a customer from leaving she had made up her mind. Gulping down the rest of her water, Sky rested her hands on the hilts of her knives as she stood and turned to face the two men. A grouchy expression plagued her face, quiet growls rolling from her stomach. "You guys friends or something, because you really don't look like the same type to me." She spat, purposely looking at the would-be-bandit. Turning her gaze to the other man she gestured to the nuisance. "This guy bothering you? This place is kind of known for its criminal activity, wouldn't want you to get mixed up in something dangerous." A sly smile played at the corner of her lips as she fought the urge to attack the larger group. It was a toss-up now of how things could play out, the annoying man could realize he was outmatched or her could be a fool and attack anyway. One way ended in retreat, the other in a blood bath. She secretly wished for the blood bath, it had been a while since her last decent fight. Another part nagged her to join up with them and make a little cash before striking out on her own again. Sky pushed the thought aside remembering that she didn't do groups anymore, hadn't for a couple of years.
Can anybody tell me who the sword freak is... Or am i just stupid? That happens sometimes.
I probably should have waited until I was a little more awake to post but I was just too excited. It's a little on the short side for me but I promise it won't be a usual... At least I hope not, anyway... With that being said, I will wish you all a good night and will catch up with ya later.
Silvia Blackthorne had been staring at the waves when the horn sounded, a heavy sigh escaping her lungs as she pushed her torso up and made her way gracefully to the back of the boat. Her long black hair floated behind her in the sea breeze as she walked along the side of the craft. She had heard about her destination with the 'Ryders' but it was a brand new region to her, a land of cold and unforgiving mystery. It was rumored that the legendary ice bird pokemon dwelled somewhere in the mountains but she didn't want to get her hopes up of actually seeing Articuno with her own two eyes. There were also theories that new pokemon that hadn't been discovered yet were hiding among the mysterious caves and hidden spaces. The very thought of finding something brand new sent a shiver down her spine and Silvia skipped a small step as she did so.

In Silvia's mind boats weren't as dependable as her pokemon and they made her nervous, so all of her companions would remain in their pokeballs until she stepped foot on solid ground. Several people moved out of her way as she picked her way through the small crowd, her angled features giving her a more fierce look than she actually acted. The truth was that she was a very kind and caring person underneath but her inability to interact with people caused her to put up a wall that only pokemon ever seemed to break through. Still, in no way was she weak and was willing to do what it took to achieve her dream of becoming a Ranger. Ever since she had heard about this specific ranger group, Silvia had trained herself, and her pokemon, hard to reach the standards that they looked for and had set her mind to joining no other group but the Snow Ryders. Even now her eyes sparkled with anticipation in complete contrast to the straight face she still wore. It wasn't difficult to start picking out other Rangers as she made her way to the back, each of them heading in the same direction. Most had a specific look, stride or some other feature that they might all have shared and it was these she looked for among the other passengers. Finally she stepped forward, eyes snapping to a shiny, bald surface at the back of the boat. She raised an eyebrow but shrugged and stood leaning carefully against the bannister.
Yeah sure, call me what you like. As for my idea, as I said before not sure if it would actually fly... But as a side/mini plot idea I had was to bring Skylar's past back to haunt her in a way. I was thinking she hadn't left on good terms with the bandits and has managed to keep her distance from them for a while... (In your case)Maybe they go and do some terrorizing out on the frontier and Tod goes after them? Follows them back to where they've heard rumors about Sky... Just a rough thing and I don't want to just assume it's alright with everyone else.. But would something like that work for bringing Tod back towards civilization?
Just double checking to make sure im alright before I post.
Aw, you shouldn't have to rp by yourself... I know it might be a little outlandish, but I have a possible idea if you wanted to hear it? There was something from my charry's past that I was going to see about bringing in at some point. Maybe it can be something that links to your charry somehow and draws him back to our group? Just throwing something out there, wouldn't want you to be bored or left out.

I thought we were all supposed to start in the same area.

Yaeh, but I think the problem was that in his line of work there was no reason to be near the diner.
Hmm, can't say that I've heard of it but it sounds pretty cool.
