Blake continued to look at the readings on his tablet as he pondered Sophi's question. "If I remember correctly these are the first and only two on active duty to date. This project is still considered to be in its developmental and experimental phases. Other groups are receiving military escorts because Silvia and Cade are the only Angels ready for field testing. We have others in the works, screenings being done and such things... But none of them have been able to produce the desired results." As he mentioned this his eyes flicked up towards Silvia with an expression of pity before returning to his studies.

Silvia had been thrown yet again by Cade's constant charging, working tirelessly at wearing the girl down. It would have been a success had he not worn himself out in the process. Both Angels stood across from each other breathing heavily, refusing to back down for their own reasons. "Give up Silvia, you won't win this one. If you were going to win, you would have done so by now. Admit it." Cade taunted, trying to anger her despite knowing that it was nearly impossible to do so. "You're missing the point of the exercise, Cade, although you would be correct in assuming I would have won by now under normal circumstances." Cade growled at her response, his taunting attempts only resulting in him riling up. He lunged for her but his tired body was beginning to weaken under his weight. As if in slow motion he watched as Silvia side stepped around his arm, grasping the wrist and sliding her foot around to the back. Then it was over, Cade was laying on the floor staring at the ceiling with a slim, white haired girl pinning him to the ground. "Dr. Blake, I think we're finished here. Have you collected your requested data?" Silvia asked, standing up to leave Cade behind on the floor. He helped himself up and frowned, mocking her behind her back. "Freaking robot. How do you do win every damn time? Everything you know about fighting I taught you." He couldn't wrap his mind around the fact that he had lost yet another fight against a teenage girl. Granted she was the result of a science experiment, but a young girl all the same. Silvia just shrugged slightly, grabbing a towel to dry her face and neck.
"Found? No not exactly." Sky paused a moment to listen, putting a hand to the wall of the ship. All of the sounds rushed at her at once, causing her to cringe away. "Woah." She mumbled, tentatively placing her palm flat against the wall again. The noise was loud but she could hear the voices somewhere in the distance. Closing her eyes, Sky tried to focus on the voices as one would tune out a crowd to listen to one person speak. It were as if the other sounds faded away and there were only the voices, some female while another was male. "I don't know what they did to me, but I might turn out to be handy after all." She motioned for Jack to follow her. "I can hear them, if only I had a better way to find them."
Sky gave weak smile to Jack, turning to continue on in the direction she had originally been travelling. "Spade? That's a cool name. Is it real or did you choose it?" She asked quietly, peeking around the corner to be sure the coast were clear. The voices she had heard earlier were beginning to sound clearer but there was no one around to be seen, a confused look crossing her face. "But I can hear them... Where are they?" She pondered aloud as she began a light jog down the corridor. The humming of the ship was also clear, and in a way calming to her despite its strangeness. I don't remember it being this loud before. What the hell?
Yeah sorry about that Inferno, been a little on the busier side of life. But the post is there now so.... :P
"Well, in all honesty..." Dr. Blake glanced back quickly before returning his gaze back to the Angels. "The level of violence was not of our design. Neither one of those two had official guardian powers before their boost to the Angel Project so they pretty much have to rely on their own physical abilities. We gave them a hand by making them more sturdy and supplying access to anything they might need, but the rest is up to them. I'm just here to observe their progress and suggest solutions to any faults I find."

SIlvia stood quietly across from Cade in a way that was infuriatingly calm. Her cold eyes met with his and for a brief moment there was a tense silence. A silence that was broken by Cade's charge, leg swinging out to get SIlvia moving as had happened in many previous fights. Much to his surprise she did not jump away but instead braced herself and caught the leg, pinning it against her side. She stepped back then pushed forward, knocking Cade off balance and sending him toppling over onto his back. When she reached forward to pin him, he caught her wrist and planted a foot firmly on her stomach. Suddenly she was flipping backwards over his head and onto the ground with very little cushioning. The air escaped her lungs with an audible whoosh but didn't stop her from rolling out of the way from Cade's next move. Both were on their feet again, pacing around each other like animals. For a couple of minutes they would pounce near the other to attack, flurries of fists and legs with attacks and counter attacks before they split apart again for a breath. Watching Cade fight was like watching a hunting predator while watching Silvia was equivalent to a dance. It was obvious that she was calm, each move deliberate despite their decreasing power. Cade on the other hand was beginning to lose control of his composure, determined to take Silvia down and win.

Dr. Blake couldn't help but to chuckle at the two. "Charming aren't they. Excuse them, their just excited to have you guys here. Her especially." He took a clear glass tablet out from his pocket and scanned the readings carefully, ears on the guardians in case they had anymore questions to ask.
Sky looked up at the new comer, ready to pounce if she found him threatening. "They deserve it." She hissed, looking down at the mutilated body of the now dead alien. A sigh escaped her lungs and her head nodded as if exhausted. "Can you help me get out of here, I'm tired and I just want to go home." If there is a home to go home to.She didn't think to say that last bit out loud but it was a fear that there wouldn't be anything left. "I heard some other voices around here somewhere but when I called out no one answered. I was trying to find them to see if they knew how to get out of here." Pushing herself to her feet in a calm manner, she took a deep breath and extended her hand. "Guess I didn't make all that great first impression, huh? My name is Skylar, feel free to call me Sky."
Btw, if I ever take too long to post and you guys are ready to do something. Feel free to pick me character up and move her. I won't mind. On that note I should be able to post after school today.
