Bumping to see who's still here while we wait for our GM
Evelyn jumped slightly, blue eyes wide as the stranger was suddenly right in front of her, took the coin, put it in her pocket, and was instantly gone. She blinked a few times, standing there with her palm open and emptied of the gold while staring at where the man had been. I must be going mad she thought in a panic to herself, shaking her head, brown locks hitting her pale cheeks as she ran from the graveyard. Her heart pounded, cheeks flushed from the unusual exertion of energy as she approached the street her home was on. She slowed to a quick walk, swallowing hard and still looking frightened as she passed others, nodding in greeting so as not to appear too suspicious. Her gaze was flitting around cautiously though, mind reeling as she attempted to explain to herself what had just occurred.
Summer only blushed more with the masked man drew attention to her, causing her to drink from her glass deeper. Maybe he wasn’t a bad guy, maybe no one here was and she was just being overly cautious. Maybe she should relax a little more like she meant to. She set her glass down and swallowed, looking around at the others not as shyly now, running a hand through her bright locks. She listened as one of them spoke about fixing metal, but the way he spoke about it seemed, odd. She knew better than to pry though, smirking as he had banter with the bartender. ”Looking at that man’s eggs you may thank them for just the bread. Who knows what they might fill it with,” she said quietly, eyes wide as she attempted talking to strangers for the first time in… well she couldn’t remember when.
Evelyn looked more contented when the man apologized and was very polite, though her expression became confused when he suggested people ran from him. ”I don’t understand… why would someone run from you?” she asked, and then realized she might be prying into his business when she shouldn’t be. Shaking her head at her own nosiness, she fished around in her purse, finding a gold coin, good for a decent meal anywhere in town at least. ”Here, you look hungry. Thank you for being so nice,” she smiled, reaching out to give the man the coin before heading on her way. It was getting darker and darker, and despite telling herself she didn’t believe in vampire rumors, they had apparently made her a bit more nervous than she’d like to admit.
Faris raised an eyebrow, not saying a word as the burly man slid past her and flopped into a very used looking recliner. She just stood with her hands on her hips, trying not to sigh or giggle, not sure which one was more appropriate for this man child. First she was a kiddo, then a bitch. That much was funny at least. ”Alright I’ll go, but I may drop in again just for another friendly chat now and again,” Faris smirked, being a smart ass before turning and walking out. She was glad she wouldn’t have to be in charge of getting the booze anyway. She had gotten a whole party planned with hardly doing a thing. That was awesome in itself. She might like it here after all.

Faris went back to her cabin and began sprucing up as best as her lazy ass could care enough to. She decorated her room, slipping bright red satin sheets onto the old bed, pulling out her own pillows and fluffing them up. She set out all her makeup on a rough looking dresser, filling it up with her clothes but leaving out her outfit for the party. A basic dark tank dress with some native looking jewelry and black ankle boots. Once her room was set up she got ready for the party, showering, changing, and moving her thick dark hair into a side fishtail braid that laid over the front of her shoulder. She left the last few items in her bag (a personal small stash of vodka not to be shared), and pushed the suitcases under her bed. ”There,” she breathed, smiling. Tonight was going to be fun. And probably end in several fights. But that only added to the fun in her opinion.

She grabbed the box that was playing music loudly in their cabin, turning it to more of a dance party station, and carrying it with her to where the party was being held. Hopefully Mr. D was right and the Aphrodite kid he mentioned was the sharing type. She would just assume he was or she might just go raid his cabin instead.
I was waiting on the gm to post
