I think Shadow
Adelie – Hagrid’s Hut

Addy smiled towards the other students who were gathered near the hut as she approached, waving a bit to those who looked familiar. She turned as Jimmy caught up with her, raising an eyebrow at his attempt to redeem is earlier fraternizing with the enemy. ”Well the only way Slytherins win is by cheatin' anyway,” she said, agreeing with him in a sense, but still not quite having forgiven him. Ah well. He was just too friendly for his own good she supposed. She was friendly with everyone but Slytherins, it was just too bad they were a quarter of the school.

Addy glanced over her right shoulder away from James and saw the purple haired girl and another boy walking this way. She scrunched her lips to the side, exhaling a sigh and looking back to James. ”D'ya s'ppose I’ve created another Slytherin bully fer me self?” she asked, already having a few of th snakes who picked on her. Like the one who dared her into the black lake first year, and the one who knocked her off her broom 5th. And those hadn’t even been provoked. Ah well. Best not to worry about it for now. After all, surely whatever creature Hagrid had to display would take her mind off things.
How's the collab or post coming? :)

Where did everybody go? o.o
Yvette nodded, memorizing the two men’s’ names and chewing her lip continuously while Mike asked her to hold her breath while they lifted her. ”Okay,” she said softly, fear still flickering in her eyes as she chose to focus her gaze on the two helping her rather than the dead among them. She waited until arms cradled her before taking the deep breath. When lifted, a spike of pain shot from her hip, making her let out a small whimper, but she stopped it as soon as it had left her lips, keeping quiet the rest of the journey to the beach. She felt herself lowered onto a blanket, thankful to lay in the shade and close her eyes for a moment to stop the dizziness permeating through her head. She rolled her slightly injured shoulder and grimaced again before lowering her right leg, leaving her left leg slightly bent as she didn’t want to stretch that side of her body out, thanks to the metal injury.

She opened her eyes after the brief moment to not feel sick, and watched Mike go to help with other things, leaving her with Jon and others nearby laying on blankets, injured. She had meant to say thank you again, but well, she supposed there was much to do. She wished she was in tip top shape so she could help. Possibly dig through luggage and find supplies, scout for water, reassure the injured and just talk to them so they felt okay. But for now she supposed she was stuck. Her eyes flitted to Jon’s and she looked at him with an unsure gaze. ”Will I have to have stitches?” she asked. She was scared of them, never having had an injury great enough to need them, never having even broken a bone.
Gwen waited as Baylen said he had to go get the card for his camera, just messing with the end of her braid. She glanced to Alan to see if perhaps he wanted to continue talking, but he had never responded to her earlier, so she cast her gaze away, figuring he must be to introspective at the moment. Her eyes moved over towards where the others were paired, discussing the orientation activity, when she saw Baylen talking to another girl doing the activity. Gwen tilted her head slightly, wondering if he had even gotten what he was looking for, or if he had just needed an excuse to stop talking to her. She blushed a bit, clearing her throat and walking over to where others were still messing with the bonfire and setting up food near it and what not. "Need another hand?" she asked them politely. A few shrugged, one said sure, so she smiled, beginning to help set things up for everyone later. It was starting to get a bit chilly in her short dress near the water, so she undid her braid and let her hair wrap about her like a scarf to warm her a bit more while she helped.
Mia watched as a man with bandages on waltzed in rather loudly and with an overly casual manner. She didn’t know whether to blush or laugh, so just reserved her reaction to a smirk. Then a man dressed in intimidating armor who casually leaned against a wall. A girl about her height with white hair and another girl who looked quite a few years older than her. Another almost regal feeling woman entered and addressed the royals by name. She had a lovely accent and Mia was quite impressed.

Her gaze drifted up to the one referred to as Lady Ophelia, the woman seeming to have a bit of an argument with one of those gathered. Mia chewed her lip, wondering exactly what the situation was, but alas, she’d arrived too late to understand the gravity of the cause of conflict.

When she was introduced, she smiled a bit, surprised they knew her abilities. But as the list grew, and each person was pointed out and their oddities and specialties listed, Mia realized just what kind of gathering this was. They were all to be used somehow. Why else would magic users like them be called here? There must be something of importance that the king or his soldiers couldn’t handle themselves. That or, they were just gathering them in one place to arrest them all for some obscure law against magic that she had no idea about. Though such a plan would be rather stupid. No. It had to be the first.

Mia went back over the names, appearances, and abilities of each that stood among her in the room, memorizing the information rather easily. She had to say, the one with the helmet intrigued her the most. She felt like he was a statue she could go push over and he’d tumble into bits. Was he scarred terribly, or just compensating for something by wearing such armor within the castle? It was fascinating. But, for the moment she turned and looked back towards those that had called them to this meeting, waiting for them to explain in more detail.
Adelie - Great Hall

Adelie shook her head when James said he’d used an air freshener charm on himself. What kind of numpty did that honestly? She also rolled her eyes so hard at his wink towards the Slytherin they almost rolled right out of her head. After 5th year, her dislike of Slytherins became part of her personality. There might be one or two she could stand or even get along with, but the rest she had no use for really.

By the way, make sure to keep your eye on the Bludger after all it’s your job and you don’t want to get knocked off your broom… again. Addy’s cheeks burned and eyes narrowed with hate as the girl teased her. Adelie ran her tongue across her top row of teeth before smacking her lips and looking between Jimmy and Evanora. ”Roses or not, we should really head ta 'agrid’s,” she said, her voice part growly, part higher pitched than normal, again like a mother rounding up her children and trying to direct them in the most appropriate path. She didn’t physically turn them the right way though, simply waving her wand nonchalantly. ”An' you dear really should shave,” Addy smirked before turning and walking out of the Great Hall with her head held high.

The waving of her wand had been no unintentional flourish, however, as now Esme’s hair on her head, her eyebrows and any other small facial hairs included, began growing thicker and thicker. Adelie knew she was probably in for it later with the girl, but at the moment she couldn’t care less, feet stepping outside and breathing in the crisp morning air.
Yvette cringed a bit but was happy as the man who couldn’t have been much older than herself came closer and saw her situation. She bit her lip as he called out for more help, worrying and wondering if others would even help if they were alive. Were there others not injured? She nodded, eyes looking hopeful as he reassured her. Normally she would have smiled at his accent, but right now, she was just thinking about the piece of metal sticking into her. That, and not moving like he instructed.

Feeling a bit better that at least someone cared, she glanced away from the man when another came up with a southern accent. The dichotomy between the two’s speaking voices was enough to at least let her manage an attempt at a smile. ”I’m Yvette. Thank you… for helping me,” she said to them both in a nervous voice, no special accent to her voice besides American. She watched her rescuers as Mike cut the seatbelt off her, chewing her lip as he said they would lift her. She told herself mentally that she would try not to make a noise when they did so, but somehow she knew that was unlikely to happen. She was always the type to hate complaining, and hardly ever ask for help, so she didn’t want to whine.
Evie nodded as Gabe spoke his name, adding it to her mental list of who everyone was and what demon they supposedly had. She listened as he rattled off every way he should have died, wincing visibly at each until she felt very uncomfortable, shifting on her feet. She wasn’t freaking out about everything, but one had to admit this wasn’t exactly the greatest news in the world. She supposed it was better than a deadly illness, but still. She took the soda from Katherin and gave a meager wave to Gabe. ”I’m Evelyn, by the way.” she looked to Tiffany and hesitated, before shaking her head. ”I’d rather, for the moment, assume this is all true. Now, can we get some exorcisms started in here or what?” she asked, eager to have not only her own malady cured, but everyone else’s too.
