And yes, Caelifer is basically based on Eastern Contries, but with a mix of West. Every Islands there is connected with each other through a train route. The Train itself so fast. It would only take 20 minutes from far East/West Island to the Central Island and you won't feel sick at all since the train move so smooth that you even think the train not moving at all.

8 am, even 7 am is quite normal in Asia ... and our school life is quite tough. You know what people say about Asian and education. It's not kidding at all.

The school in Academia City all started at 8 AM. The reason is so the others outside the Island could arrive and have a break before the class started

The transportation there in Academia City basically bus with fixed route and no driver. For ones who live there, every one of 100 teacher have car and every one of 500 students have motorcycle.
For example, Cigarette there could cost about 2 - 4 X than the other same product sold outside the City.

Funny thing; things (in this case any kind of technology) like gaming console, laptop or handphone is very cheap there. About 2/5 of outside world. After all that city is quite advance, while it known as City for students. Experiment City is other name of the City as several experiments occur within the city established by numerous universities and research laboratories. These experiments range from vending machines to Security robots, to scientifically grown animals and plants.

You won't be surprise to find lots of new things there. Even though some of them just so weird and you sometimes meet failed products.

While Pitover is well-know for having technology that quite advanced (about 3-5 years) compared to other continent, The City itself is so advance that if you compared the City with the Pitover Continent, there's about 6-8 years gap in their technology. 'The dark side of the City' however said to have even advanced technology than ones showed in the City.

Food price is basically cheaper because the product and seller is basically on same island.

What else to be added ... Right! Saturday is no-class day XD

Usually at Saturday and Sunday places like recreational facilities and Shopping district filled with students who want to have a break.

What else to be added . Right! The City is basically controlled by 8 Directors (also known as Boards of Directors with 3 of them owned different schools and one of them owned every hospitals in that City) and A General Superintendent (the founder and leader) No one know who or what the Superintendent looked like, only some people know. Rumor says the person never exist !

I think its quite enough info. For the climate, just like Almavi says.

Actually what I meant is other wise. Back in mangafox in my very first role playing experience, one of my Character have ability to control space, something I would love to return to new UM. He back then is level 4 ESPer (with ability name Babylon's Garden)... In new UM, I prefer to make him grow so maybe I start at level 1.

Speaking of which. that 831000 people not included babies and elders. I just too lazy if i need to count it too. I don't wanna be force to count productive and unproductive population of that area

Total population : 831.300
Population in Верный (7%) = 58.191

Population in Academia City (93%) = 773.109
Student (82%) = 82% * 773109 = 663.949
Others (18%) = 109.160

So it roughly 6 student = 1 civic in Academia City

I don't think it impossible at all. If you follow/read TAMnI/TAKnR, the students number is so big yet the city able to hold that number of student.

I agree with you, the Enrollment to the Academia City itself is hard, and the curriculum there is totally on other level. A University level material in outside already taught in Academia City's Middle School

And I live in one of the most populated City in the earth (Jakarta at 2010 there about 9,608 million people live here)

So, 500.000 student lived at that Academia City is quite believable for me.

Speaking of which; There's about 831.300 people at that Island (there's a City and a Town in that island). 93% of the Population at Academia City while 7% at Верный (which surprisingly able to supply the Island with the food stocks every year and some of the surplus sold to other Island in Caelifer). Within that 93% population in Academia City, 82% of them students, while 18% is the others.
