Congratz on your achievement Amalvi! ^-^Also, letting y'all know that I'm still interested. Just been a bit busy lately and have been thinking of how I would like to introduce my character. Along with what I want out of said character. Blah, blah blah. How's everyone else doing? I have a foot of snow in my yard. (Explains why I'm not at work/ working on a roof right now. lol)

Everyone is good and nice to say that. Snow eh... I never see snow in my life yet (Going to Japan maybe, but that time not even snowing)

Rinnosuke looked at Chiaki then looked back at Nagisa, who noticing his brother's stare. It appeared something Chiaki said trigger Rinnosuke from doing something.

"What is it, Nii-sama*?" asked Nagisa and Rinnosuke just shook his head. Nagisa then patted Chiaki's back.

"Nice job there. We arrived far faster than I guess. But it appeared that teleportion spell have its own range limit eh~ As expected, Rank C teleport not quite useful If you wanna go far away with this many people and take quite mana."

The magic Chiaki used is a Rank C one. Like ESPer ability, Magic also have their own classification. Some magic have its own rank system with S as the highest and E as the lowest. Rank F not considered as the lowest since it represent magic with highest failure or not useful in any kind of thing at all. Usually the more powerful the magic is, the higher cost needed to use it. Moreover, each people have different kind of mana reserve, different method to use magic and different magic affinity.

For example, Nagisa could get S rank if it came to Fire magic, but E if it came to Water or Ice magic. It due to her nature being half-fire spirit. Human have more balance magic affinity, usually B too all kind of magic, but some decided to focus on getting an affinity higher. However, when one already learnt magic, they better not became ESPer since the power is like facing 2 magnet with same poles and they ended repel each other. There's still lots of research made to make this two co-exist in one medium, but so far it just impossible.

Rinnosuke suddenly talked, "Sure, I would like to learn about magic from you Chiaki-Chan, but I not interested in becoming magician. I just need the knowledge."

"Why you said that, Onii-Chan*?"

"Because I wanna be unique, maybe?"

"I thought you were jealous"

"Sometimes..." said Rinnosuke as he closed one of his eyes.

During his Conscription, all participant could finally get their own Power (be it Magic, ESPer or as Ruspere User). Some of them (like Rinnosuke) didn't take it at all. For Rinnosuke, it appeared that his reason is that he tried to show that he not power-dependent and one don't need such power/ability to be strong. But, there's times when he felt envy with ones with abilities. He could get his title and trust from his bosses, all because his hard work only.

"I will go and see the class first. See you two later at the meeting hall for the Opening Ceremony."

After he said that , Rinnosuke immediately left the girls alone. Sometimes he forget that the girls can be like dog and cat, but he appeared to forget that detail because something occupied his mind.

"Neee... Chiaki-Chan. Don't you think Rinnosuke Nii-Sama felt a little weird after you said that last word of your? Speaking of which, does he even knew his class?"

Rinnosuke and his 'sisters' went together to the school using public transportation near where they lived, a bus. Without doubt when it came to transportation, Island Nation have lots of variations there, it might be due to how variate the races and cultures in Island Nation. Moreover, public transportation is quite fast and on-time so many students used it to travel from one island to another island. Since Island Nation usually #1 when it came to tourist destination, the transportation here is far better even from most advance continent in Uno Mundus, Pitover.

It didn't take long enough for them to reach one of Island Nation's main islands, Elfteria. There's only 2 places here. One is Academy City on the East side and the other one is Верный (read: Verniy, which means reliance in Russia language) on the West Side. Academy City is one of... no... the best City in Uno Mundus when it came to education and researches. While Верный is town where most Island Nation's food supply made and stocked, lots of food culture events held there. Both places only separated by a big lake where most aquatic creatures lived.

Their differences is quite ... contrast, Academy city is more modern while Верный is pretty much didn't change a lot from what it used to be. Despite the contrast, the relationship between this two places is very nice. Right now, let's forget about Верный since Rinnosuke and his group's destination is Academy City. The moment he arrived there, so many students is first thing he noticed.

Well, it's kinda normal since this is Academy City. However, for one who just stepped here (in this case, Rinnosuke). They found this as magnificent. HAfter all, the island he stayed have its own school, but it totally different level when you compared other schools from different places with schools in Academy City.
is 'sisters' already knew the places in Academy City so he would relied on them for information.

"Where we go? Our school I meant?" asked Rinnosuke

Law Enforcement eh, Uno Mundus have one ... more like each island at Island Nation have their own Law Enforcement, unlike other continent where each of it have only one. Law Enforcement in Island Nation only have their own scoop of area (only Island where they are) And some of the island have ... what it called, no extradition something
