I like the turn this is taking.

Perhaps there should be some link between the Spiritual world and the mortal realm. Something along the lines of..

"When Iluq began her expansion of the ice from both poles, she found that even her massively augmented power could not both maintain the presence of the ice and fight off the would-be defenders of the other kingdoms, never mind those who would oppose her from the water tribes. So, much as she herself had been given power by an ice spirit, she granted certain warriors under her control limited power over similar abilities, by way of 'blessing' them with spirits of their own, who in turn answer to Iluq and her own spirit. In this way, they would be strategically stationed in various locations around the world, maintaining the existence of the deathly cold ice. This would afford her limited omnipresence wherever her ice were to exist; she could sense whether it was still covering an area or not.

If those warriors were ever to be defeated and their powers drained, the ice of that area would rapidly recede, returning the land to it's previous form."

This would give the players clear objectives before going right after the 'big bad'. Areas covered in ice could be infested with water and ice spirits.

EDIT;
I'd also like to point out the potential for the involvement of other nations in terms of their military, the expansion of other plot points involving the spirit world, perhaps to the extent of the inclusion of other spirits who don't approve of what Iluq and her spirit are doing.
This could be good, but do you have a list of rules in terms of how the supposed computer systems would work, and possibilities in how they can be exploited?

I'm interested. Do you have any idea what kind of activity level you'd expect for the story? Daily or weekly posts? Also, do you have a character sheet format you'd like players to follow?
Sure but I won't be online until tomorrow morning at the earliest.

There's a section in the listed powers about how having more powers makes each power weaker. Also I'm not sure how I could clearly state power levels but I don't see how you could expect a character designed to create nuclear bombs to be considered normal.A top level power is usually someone focused on one ability. People who have a lot of powers are usually more focused on variety rather than being strong in one particular area. The more powers you have the weaker they all get. often exponentially. A single power like a pk ability or super speed with all attendant required secondary powers can be pretty ludicrous but not to nuclear bomb degrees. For example The fastest super speedster in this world be able to run at about the speed of sound and would only have super speed, durability, stamina, metabolism and such as their powers. Top level PK users will have a total focus on PK and nothing else (Although pk automatically includes stamina and metabolism, most powers do to the point that you don't need to list those two.) with which they can pull of feats such making massive displays of their element to whatever effect is appropriate for that element.

Fair enough. Maybe I should re-read your posts for another go-over... I'll modify the character to something more basic.
Collisions between electrons can produce protons Totally wrong on that... while I cannot take electrons that are in bonds, I assumed I could put them into bonds.

I think I'll take a bit to reimagine the character and create something more to your liking. Maybe you should state up front the expectations a little more clearly?

Wow, Willard your powers are just turned up way too high here. You've got Electrokinesis turned up to the level you'd only expect it to see when it's the only power you have. Kinetic blast is listed as having a kilometer of range? that's way outside the range I had in mind. I think even someone who had that as a pure power would stay more or less in the same range as telekinesis. oh and btw your super senses you listed are an auto-include. Anyone with a pk power can sense the thing they control more or less that well. I'd probably recommend dropping kinetic blast and going a bit easier on all the secondary powers.

Will do!
