I know! And he did notice the big sword she's carrying. Ares intends to ask her to a duel to gage just how good she is. So expect some 1v1 training with Ares.

Two things crossed her mind at his request, the first being of what this man had to have done in order to need a bodyguard to pay attention to the twitches in his shadows. The second was why he would ask her of all people. Alessia's expression gave off no hints as to what she thought as Ares spoke, simply facing forwards as her ears listened to his words. Her gait was confident and carried her with an air of grace as she strode beside him. What he asked of her was a great deal and to essentially commit her life to the protection of his own. Considering she was also a stranger to him she had to admire his confidence on the subject. The dark haired women exhaled her breath before she was about to reply, though just at that moment it seemed they had stumbled upon a festival game.
She observed the exchange, raising her eyebrow as the virtual hag gave Ares some kind of cryptic message of which she didn't really understand. But she simply placed it aside as Ares seemed to disregard it before motioning to a player he apparently knew. Alessia remained silent as they spoke and inclined her head respectfully as she was introduced before an eye flickered to Ares, wondering if he had noticed what she had the entire time that he had been talking to her. As it was said, Alessia was very observant, and the attention that had been laid upon them had not gone unnoticed by the Imperial Knight. She would give Ares a look, the kind which would let him know she was aware of it before she looked back to his friends, deciding it was better to play the situation as if they were blissfully unaware... for now. "It's nice to meet you" she said before motioning to Ares, "Your friend here has just hired me as his personal bodyguard, so I suspect we'll be seeing more of each other" she said with a small smile, maintaining her soft and calm tone of voice.
Alessia could only raise her eyebrow at the events which unfolded before her. The sudden arrival of the girl who seemed more than upset followed by the two gentlemen who seemed to be involved in a relationship was something which took her a moment to adjust too. It seemed her proximity was crowding the more she remained, causing her to wonder if she should move away for whatever it was these two clearly needed to talk about. Before she could think about it more though her attention was brought back to the mysterious man as he introduced himself before offering an invitation to join him with his friends. Perhaps it was apart of what he meant when he mentioned strength in numbers, or maybe she was reading into everything a bit too much. She didn't answer straight away, deciding to instead take some time to consider it as she watched him and his friends move away. Alessia tilted her sword slightly, looking at her own reflection. Maybe there was something she could do after all.
Some time latter...
Alessia ran a hand through her silky dark hair, the fibers appearing to trap light and embrace it which caused it to softly shine against the moonlight. She'd spent a long while considering her options, what she was capable of and what she might be able to do with the rest of her life before Ares latter returned to her, much to her own surprise considering his words to his friends the last time she saw him. As he spoke she gave a small smile before replying, "A walk sounds lovely" she said before she stood up from the bench, her hand reaching out to grab the large sword which rested up against the bench. She effortlessly spun the blade around her wrist, causing it to spin around to a position where she could re-equip it to her back before sliding it down into position. She turned towards Ares before holding out her hand, "My name is Alessia, and... I'm interested in your offer" she said as she held his eye contact to convey the seriousness in her words.

I think Ares would feel more comfortable having him cover support (Moon and Vick?) where he won't be at a horrible disadvantage along with Alessia supposing she's not in the front lines. The Imagineer would probably be most effective as a wild card, surveying the field and functioning as is required. Honestly it will depend on the nature of the boss battle and how Ares can maximize role effectiveness. The Mystic Woods boss has ridiculous defense plus there will be many trolls and environmental hazards. Fool and possibly Alessia should use ranged attacks to keep at bay anything that gets too close to Vick and Moon; Ares, Prince and Lilith should take out the trolls. Sir Valentine and the Imagineer will probably sweep.
I'm not sure if that's a wise placement for Alessia, remember she deals a ton of damage at the cost of being incredibly 'squishy', meaning she can't take allot of hits. I would only put Alessia on ranged if you don't have someone handy who can support her if she does get hit. Although hitting Alessia is difficult due to her great need to be good at dodging and blocking.
I'll have to read it latter. I need to sleep before my eyes fall out haha. Goodnight everyone.

I just got a text from my mother, my father is apparently on life support after a car accident. I'll be gone for at least five days, I'm sorry. Goodnight and I hope I have a spot when I come back.
