Desols aren't beyond hiring a cloak and dagger. As long as they are professional about it and don't try to screw them over or the C&D will be hunted down and lobotimize via Psychomancy by Desol Senior.
Though i was thinking because of the House Emblem that Haklo wears. He wears it pretty much all his waking moment.

Question: Would Althalus recognize Haklo? Seeing that they are both from Port Slaughter.

Unless he is attending military ceremony or going to war, he won't be wearing his armor. It will instead stay in his room on a stand with his sword.

He won't wear his sword in classes unless they involve combat. Instead he will wear a dagger at his hip. When he is outside in public, he´ll wear his sword
